Description of Work: We needed an A/C service check for an underperforming system. We called on Thursday and they were able to be at our door the next morning at 7:30. That's hard to beat for responsiveness. The work they did was very thorough including evaluating my options should I need to make further system upgrades. The price was a bit high, but I believe consistent with other providers.

+ -1 moreI was happy with the time that the company's representative came. We had to reschedule one time before because they had some type of inconvenience. When he did come in, he seemed to be very knowledgeable in the area, but he wasn't able to give me a concrete estimate because they didn't have that specific type of heat pump in stock. I had been waiting around two months for them to find the replacement and it became really annoying, so I found someone else to do the job. That was the only thing which I was really disappointed with.
Description of Work: I called this company up to get an estimate for a new heating pump that I needed in my home. The heating pump goes in a heating unit that provides heat for about five rooms.

Description of Work: Among other projects, I'd like to have plumbing installed in basement for a wet bar and want 3 estimates before selecting a plumber. This company charges $95 for estimate. Even though it will be a credit towards any work done, I'm not willing to pay for an estimate at this point.

+ -1 moreRon came early the same day I called to assess the problem (a crack in the stack pipe). He gave me an accurate description of the work that would be needed, and cautioned me as to what work would be needed and what might not be covered under the warranty. Once the work was approved, the company scheduled at our convencience. Ron was on time, with his carpenter arriving later. They completed the job in about 8 hours, limited the necessary damage to the wall to a 20'' square, cleaned up nicely, and were very pleasant to work with. The warranty covered the replaced pipe and the work to remove it.
Description of Work: AB Chelini replaced the stack line from the second floor to the basement. The work was covered under a home warranty.

The person didn't call me to say he was on his way. He was polite, fast and efficient. $36 for parts, and 1/2 hour of labor at $95.00. Seemed a bit steep to me, but the repair was done well.
Description of Work: Replaced the toilet tank kit to repair a running toilet.
