+ 0 moreCalled for new package as mine was becoming too expensive. After many tries and phone calls a new triple play package was offered to me that helped a little. I was told, as in the past, that I could return to my old package within 30 days if I did not like the new one. It turned out some of what was promissed in the new package Verizon could not provide making the price higher than I liked. I asked to return to my old package as it was well within the 30 days. I was than informed that my old internet speed was no longer available. I now have slower internet speed. Verizon failed to keep their end of the agreement 2 different times. I am searching for ways to leave them ASAP.

+ 0 moreMy son went to the office with his i-phone and I was online and on my cell. I reviewed all plans, rates, discounts and services before I gave the ok to proceed with the plan and equipment.
Description of Work: After i-phone was unable to be repaired, Verizon customer service and sales assisted us with a solutions. Upgraded i-phone, supplied 4G hot spot and tablet for free with discounted monthly charge. The equipment was necessary for my college age son.

Description of Work: I asked for an adjustment to my bill, reducint services, to lower my monthly cost. I got a run-around from 2 different customer service reps, where both lied about not being able to remove a service from my account. Additionally, they kept adding cost to my monthly bil, which was suppose to have been 150.00/mo, but they were charginging me 180.00, 360.00, eventhough I was paying about 200.00/mo. They cut off my service saying I owed them extra money for late payments. It wasn't until January 2014, that a young lady was understanding, reduced my services and my bill cost. A few weeks ago, I got a 350.00 bill, and I don't know why because I've been current in paying my bill, 165.00/mo. I told them I will not be with them after this year. They are the worst, tacking charges on that don't belong to me, lying about adjusting services to my bill when it comes to reducing my monthly cost. I do not recommend them to anyone, ever.

Description of Work: They provide our phone, cable, and high speed internet services. They provide a wireless router as well.
