+ -1 moreVery poor scheduling. The first date they were supposed to come out they rescheduled because my air conditioner was broken which was understandable. We rescheduled and they didn't show to the second appointment or reach out to me to say they weren't coming. I've tried to reach out to them and they haven't responded.
