I've been using the MJ Baltimore Cleaning team for several years and continue to be pleased with their work. They've been doing a great job and love to come home to a clean house when they have been out. Julissa is always very professional and appreciate when I've needed some flexibility in the schedule. I will continue to use them and look forward to continued great cleaning service.

I have been using MJ Baltimore for biweekly cleaning for the past 6 years. They are reliable, thorough and efficient. Thursday is my favorite day because I come home to a spotless house. Julissa, the owner, is extremely responsive and quickly follows up when minor issues have arisen. She has shown extreme flexibility with scheduling her team to come when time constraints have arisen.

I love this cleaning team. They do a wonderful job cleaning, and the owner is always very responsive. My home is consistently cleaned well, and I appreciate the way that they can be flexible when my schedule changes. I would highly recommend them!

AMAZING! The team of six came in and did the first deep cleaning in under 2 hours. The regular cleanings are done in under an hour. They are all so professional and friendly. It's wonderful having this team come by especially before and after large number of family members come to visit! :-)

A large crew arrived armed with scrubbers and vacuums and went to work immediately. The crew chief went over the house with me and we discussed what was needed. A few hours later, the crew departed and everything had been done to perfection.

We have used MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services , on a biweekly basis, for seven years. They work in teams of about 7 people and therefore can move through the house thoroughly and quickly. They are quite careful with everything; nothing has ever been broken and objects are arranged nicely when they are finished. We're grateful for their service!

I have had MJ Baltimore Cleaning services for the past 7 years and it has been a great experience. Regretfully, I will be moving out of their service area and will no longer be able to have them. Starting 7 years ago, Julissa has always been professional, flexible and easy to work with when previously established dates needed to be changed. Her team has always been on time, pleasant, professional and truly work as a team to get the work done efficiently and quickly. I was quite disappointed in this service. Tried to pay for my Mom to have a housecleaner once/month and they were (for some reason) Insistent that they come to "assess the cost." In my experience, this is ONLY necessary for moving companies - not housecleaners. You give them the type of space and approximate square feet, and you get a price. Easy.

I have been using this service for 7 or 8 years now, and I have never had a complaint. They do terrific work, and the crew that comes out is large enough that they complete the work in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommended!

Julissa and her team do an AMAZING job! I have used house cleaning services for over 15 years and MJ and Julissa are clearly the best I have ever had. They are reliable, trustworthy, easily contacted/responsive, and exceptional in the quality of their work. They show up with about 6 or 7 cleaners, wonderfully (and carefully) efficiently clean your house for an hour or two (and we have a 3600 square foot house - when they are there, it is like a cleaning tsunami!), and then leave with your house immaculate. In 7 yrs, I have never had anything broken or damaged, the cleaning is reliably exceptional, and Julissa is very responsive when I have questions. She has also been great (and with good $'s) for extra deep cleaning times and/or side cleaning things (like asking to have the inside of fridge cleaned as well). Very VERY good and I cannot say enough good things about Julissa and her team.
