Description of Work: I have been using MJ Baltimore Cleaning for several years for cleaning my house. I continue to be impressed with how they do their job and working with Julissa is always professional yet smooth and easy. They do well with pets and I always look forward to when they come to coming back home to clean fresh house

Description of Work: When I called to schedule the move in cleaning I asked for a ballpark idea of the price. She asked my number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc. she told me it would be no more than $350 so I agreed to have them come over to see the place. During their assessment, he commented on how the home is actually clean to start with, but they recommended I perform a move in clean anyway prior to starting my regular maintenance cleanings. They called me the next day to say the price for the move in clean was $500!! This was significantly higher than we had discussed and especially surprising given the fact that the home is fairly clean to start with.

Description of Work: I found this cleaning service on Angie's list and gave them a call. Julissa got back to me within 24 hours. She was on time for our appointment (the initial walk through) and was very flexible and easy to work with as far as determining plan for my house and setting a price. For the initial cleaning the team was on time, polite and professional. The job they did passed inspection with my very demanding mother-in-law. They have come back every other week since then and we have always been satisfied with the quality of the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We just had a kitche renovation and the house was covered in dust. MJ Baltimore did a deep cleaning service for us and the end result was the best cleaning service we have ever experienced. They sent us several cleaning crews to do a deep cleaning and spent almost 21/2 hours cleaning. The house was spotless and there was not a bit of dirt or dust from the ceiling down to the floor. I would highly recommend MJ Baltimore to anyone who needs housecleaning services.

Description of Work: I placed a call to MJ Cleaning on 2/26/12 & 2/29/12 for a cleaning estimate and never received a return call.

Description of Work: Weekly house cleaning. Initial service was deep cleaning. Subsequent weeks at $135.00 for main rooms used. Very professional owner and team. Excellent quality to date.

Description of Work: Julissa and her crew cleaned our hosue before a party we were having. Our house was in pretty rough shape so it needed a deep cleaning. She showed up right on time with her large crew of experts and they scrubbed every corner of our house and were done in about 2 hours. They did such a good job that we will most likely ask them to come on a regular basis. She's not the cheapest service but she is the best we've used. It was worth it.

Description of Work: Julissa was very professional and her crew did a good job. Felt a bit pricey but for a small Baltimore rowhouse, I have a 3 story approx 1100 sf house, I don't have alot of experience using house cleaners, so I really don't know the going rates are. I have a dog and a kitten and while they don't shed much, they add to the clutter and can be underfoot. The crew worked around the pets and were kind to them. Bottom line, they did a good job. The kitchen looks really good, as does the rest of the house. I could see myself possibly utilizing the 'deep cleaning' 2 or 3 times a year depending on my financial situation.

The price was reasonable, they arrived on time, completed the work in just over 2 hours, and I was more than pleased with the results. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have already decided to have them come back for a follow-up cleaning.
