Julissa is a pleasure to work with, and she and her team are miracle workers. Julissa came in advance and gave us a detailed estimate, which was very reasonable. Then they did the work on time and exceeded our expectations. We plan to use them regularly in the future.

Julissa and her team are wonderful! They are so efficient and very, very thorough. I needed a lot of help to get the dust & cobwebs under control. I'm sitting here now amazed with how great everything looks. I called Julissa based on her positive ratings and am pleased to add my A++++ rating to those others have provided. Julissa is a lovely person, she is so sweet and didn't make me feel bad about how much work my home needed. I will definitely have her back and recommend her highly!

Julissa and her team showed up at the appointed time and cleaned both houses in a very professional manner. I have suggested to the tenants that they use her services on a monthly basis and I will continue to use her services as well.

Jullissa and her team arrived promptly at noon. There were five team memebers and they each had a job to do in the house. They were amazing and worth every dollar spent. They made my hosue sparkle for a party the next day.

Our new house was left in an "as-is" condition, and we wanted to get it throughly cleaned before moving our stuff in. This crew came in, cleaned the kitchen (all the appliances) the bathrooms, floors, walls, etc. They were on-time and thorough, and overall we were extremely pleased with the work.

Ihave been searching for a new cleaning company because of recent problems with my current company and they only cleaned one floor of the house and charge based on the number of rooms and bathrooms. I had read all the reports on Angie's list on how positive everyone's experience has been with Julissa and her company MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services so I called and set up an appointment. She came out and I was impressed not only by her professionalism but also her positive, friendly attitude towards her customers. She is especially mindful of households with pets and I was appreciative of that fact-I had to lock my cat up for the day when the other cleaning company came over-but Julissa assured me my cat would be ok. I set up an appointment for what Julissa described as a deep clean which entailed cleaning all three levels in my townhouse and getting the areas in the house where it is especially dirty and dusty. I just had my deep clean today and was thoroughly impressed. My house has never been so clean and I They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Julissa and her company and look forward to my regular cleaning scheduled in three weeks and future cleanings. Great job!

With less than a week till the arrival of houseguests, and a seriously dusty home, we decided to hire housecleaners for the first time. When we called MJ cleaning service, Julissa promptly scheduled a walk-through and gave what we felt was a fair estimate. We agreed that she and her crew would perform an initial deep cleaning of our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. A few days later, Julissa and a crew of three arrived as promised, working quickly and efficiently. They worked hard the entire time and were appropriately businesslike. When I returned from work that day, our home felt and smelled thoroughly clean, but not overly perfumed - just clean. She and her crew are dust annihilators; going under beds, behind desks, on top of cabinets and cleaning the ceiling fans in addition to the normal dusty furniture surfaces. Ridding the house of dust was a great comfort. Julissa uses warm water on the wood floors, which worked well, and prefers to dry dust. However, she seems quite willing to work with someone if they have a preference for a particular product or method. When her crew comes back, we?ll ask if the shower grout can be better scrubbed next time (it might need re-grouting, though, which is our problem) and to have the crew re-visit a very small area in another bathroom. These are our only requests given the high overall quality of the job. Julissa warned us that she and her crew might put things back in a slightly different way after cleaning, but we were happily surprised to find some of our belongings better presented on tabletops and counters than they had been. Score! Overall, it was a fantastic cleaning job. We definitely want to continue using this company?s services.

previously had another group cleaning my house and they did a very superficial job for the same price. MJ Cleaning came and cleaned to the detail the way i would clean my own house. i will be using them every other week.

I called Julissa for a one time cleaning of my townhouse. She came over for a free estimate before coming over to do the official cleaning. She was very friendly, personable, and flexible with the price. She thoroughly cleaned every part of the house. Our house looks spotless. I would definitely recommend Julissa.

They do a very nice job. What I especially like is how the bedrooms look after they have cleaned them. All the clutter has been straightened up and organized nicely, any clothes left out folded, a couple of stuffed animals placed nicely on the kids' beds. The towels in the bath are nicely hung onto the racks. I've had cleaners before who clean but don't do a lot of straightening and I never liked coming home to a clean house with messy towels and crooked bed clothes. They also help manage the clutter in the main living area as well.

The whole house really needed a good cleaning. They did things like clean the blades on the ceiling fan, did a very thorough job on the kitchen and bathrooms. The whole house looked great.

Julissa and 2 or 3 others come on time and are very professional, courteous and efficient.

Price was high, but worth it. I am very particular and I am pleased to say they did a great job. I will be having them back to clean bi-weekly for $110. Julissa is very nice and easy to deal with. I am delighted I found MJ Baltimore Cleaning on Angie's List. The positive comments and "A"s helped me make the right choice.

They are excellent. I got in contact with them the end of last week and they came to clean today, Tuesday. Melissa, who I guess runs the business, is very very thorough and a great people person. I can't say enough on how impressed I am with a company that can do such a good job with a quick turn around and accommodate you. We may just turn them into more than just a one time cleaning. They cleaned so much faster than I would have. It takes me six hours to clean and it took them one. I actually did some research and their price fell right within the range of what a house cleaning would be.

The initial cleaning is one price and then they can set subsequent prices based on that. So far, I am so impressed with their work. They are professional, thorough, thoughtful and caring. Their attention to detail is impressive. They replied to my inquiry quickly and were great about setting up times that I can work with. Three people worked hard and steady for the entire time. Great work ethic. Results very obvious and delightful.
