+ -1 moreDavid was excellent in explaining the work that needed to be done (and why stainless steel was preferable to the aluminum liners that other companies wanted to install). He not only estimated the job but was here (with a helper) to do it himself. He was neat, thorough, and a pleasure to have in your house. And his price was better than his competitors', despite that fact that they planned to used the cheaper aluminum liner.
Description of Work: Installed a stainless steel liner, with insulation, to complete new high-efficiency furnace replacement.

chimney repair
+ -1 more.this has been a very difficult leak to cure. We have had at least three companies attempt to find the leak which rolls down the the chimneyinto the attic and ceilings.The roof has been replaced and the leak continues to find its way inside. Maryland chimney has been very considerate and has offered to continue to help if the sealant does not correct the problem. We await the rain. The provider has been very professional and understanding.
Description of Work: provider sealed entire chimneybut had to return for a second procedure.we are awaiting to see if sealant holds now.
