The salesman was very knowledgeable regarding the product, and answered all questions well. He also took time to test the water and share results before explaining what was needed in our situation which we appreciated. We compared several systems, and found this to be priced in the upper middle of the range. The person who installed the system was nice and seemed to do a good job. He didn't have an understanding of the functions of the remote however. We were led to believe that power could be restored from the remote and paid quite a bit extra to get it. We were told during installation that this was not the case. Would not get this agn
