They went above and beyond. They worked from 8 AM to 8 PM. It took them an hour to get out of the driveway and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again and I would highly recommend them.

They were excellent and I had not one problem with them. They had a huge truck, they moved one of my cars, put up my bed, and it was probably one of the best moves I had. This is the second time they moved me and I would definitely hire them again.

Worst Nightmare - The lead mover did not show up until 2 hours late. The other 3 movers handled most of the truck loading. There were very few blankets to protect the furniture. When delivered, many pieces of furniture were scratched. Knobs broken from one piece and thrown in the drawers. Furniture was in excellent condition before move. Repairs cannot be made to finish on antique furniture. Upon return to old house, beige carpet had many black bootprints. I had spread out sheets all over the carpet, but they did not take care to stay on them or move them where they needed to to protect the carpet. Carpet cleaners could not remove them and indicated it was tar on boots. May need to replace carpet to sell home.

AA Moving, LLC Response 11/19/2020 Good afternoon- In response to Compliant *********, we respond to the following: Completion [Member Information Removed] Moving Services On November 1, 2020 upon completion [Member Information Removed] moving services, clients did not discuss and/or note any concerns relating to damages to their carpet or furniture. Per our policy, the client has the right to inspect for any damages prior to the completion [Member Information Removed] the move. See exhibit picture that clients took picture and was satisfied with services.' Pricing Concern Clients did discuss concern for final invoice payment. However, the lead mover clarified with the clients our policy [Member Information Removed] the move and referred them back to the online policy, explanation [Member Information Removed] services (Please see Exhibit: Online Agreement/Service Description). Client did express concern for a two-hour lapse [Member Information Removed] fourth mover. Clients was adjusted for the two-hour lapse .They were not charged hourly rate for the time they did not have service for the 4th mover. Address [Member Information Removed] 48-Hour Damage Complaint On November 3, 2020, the client contacted our office and advised her carpet at "tar" throughout one [Member Information Removed] her rooms. She accused one [Member Information Removed] our movers [Member Information Removed] tracking debris in her home . Our office was notified, and an investigation was open. The lead mover advised the client not to have any portion [Member Information Removed] the stain damage presented to be cleaned until we could have someone come out and do a thorough assessment(See Online Contract Agreement) . PLEASE NOTE: The client DID NOT contact our office until November 3, 2020 and not immediately after. At that time, the lead mover was advised to contact all [Member Information Removed] the movers who serviced the clients at that time and asked them to send evidence [Member Information Removed] work shoes, checked the front and back moving truck for evidence [Member Information Removed] tar or staining substance, etc. to our office. Note: No mover had any substance on the bottom [Member Information Removed] his shoes that mirrored tar. Our lead mover responded to the client and advised her [Member Information Removed] findings. At that time, she expressed apologies (See attachment) and then advised that "it must have been mulch dye from outside in garden". Again, the client was reminded that per our policy practices, blankets were laid throughout the home for moving protection and our lead mover had evaluated all members [Member Information Removed] the day crew from that time. Later, between the 3rd/4th [Member Information Removed] November, the client then called and advised that her dresser and table were scratched (See attachment). Based on the pictures sent, the scratches [Member Information Removed] the table appeared to be dated and not new scratches. In addition, it appeared the knobs on her dresser were screwed off and with one being broken. (See attachment) Compensation/Resolution Although our lead mover attempted to work with the client to remedy the situation, the client did not adhere to the moving investigation policy nor were they willing to equitably settle for any fair compensation that was offered despite our dispute. Our online policy indicates the client can file a claim as damages at cost per weight (See Online Agreement). There were no other pictures [Member Information Removed] antiques, additional evidence, etc. that substantiated excessive damages or warranted excessive compensation. Further, our online policy/agreement indicate waivers [Member Information Removed] furniture [Member Information Removed] value and/such. If the client believed these were [Member Information Removed] significant value, we strongly recommend client removal as we would not want to harm anything [Member Information Removed] significance for any [Member Information Removed] our clients. Our goal is to satisfy all customers as professionally and we possibly can. We pride our business on working with integrity, fairness, and care. This customer is obviously trying to harm our business because she was not willing to pay for our service and wanted to find leverage to have a free move.
