hired youth concrete services on 01/15/2015 Mr. Cornelius Davis and his partner Carl Ballard came out to my house to give me and estimate on a driveway on 01/15/2015 paid Mr. Cornelius Davis half $6,250 the next day they cash my check try call would not call back until 02/15/2015 to get a permit ask why they would not return my call he told me that not going to stop work to call me back so finally got the permit on 03/11/2015 call Mr. Davis for 2 week when he call on 04/26/2015 he would start on the 05/18/2015 try to call Mr. Cornelius Davis no answer but he call my wife back on her cell phone she ask what going on he said that he have to call his partner Carl Ballard to see what going on just like I thought will not answer our call or nothing so I have know choice but to hire a lawyer to get my money back this contractor should not be allowed to be on angies list or no one list his is a rip off
