I've dealt with many of the "best" electric and other service companies serving this area over the years, and have to say most of the time I'd say my experiences were OK; really great, nothing terrible. It is very rare that I have experienced such great service that I will not only choose to stay with a particular company, I'd do out of my way to actually recommend them to others publicly.
Description of Work: On 3/16/07 I called because the circuit breaker controlling part of my bedroom would trip off every 15-30 minutes. The electrician came out, diagnosed and improperly connected breaker and replaced it. The problem was fixed completely in 50 minutes. Before leaving, the voltage was also checked. Materials cost was $17.50; labor was $60; service was $25 - the total bill was $102.50. I have no doubt that for the same professional service other electric companies would have charged almost twice as much. Excellence of service, promptness of response, clearness of estimates and accuracy of estimates and professionalism. Keep up the good work and stay true to your commitment to honesty, reliability and professionalism. You'll have so many customers you'll be making twice as much money as these companies charging us all twice as much for the same work!
