It went GREAT!!

Mr Perry sent me a text to notify me when he expected to arrive. He quickly found the problem causing the air conditioner not cooling and replaced the capacitor. He then measured the refrigerant charging and determined a pound of refrigerant was needed. He added the refrigerant so the air conditioner will have more cooling capacity. He is very thorough and explains the pricing. I am very pleased he performed this repair on a Saturday on a day with 100+ temperatures.

Mr. Perry provided service on the 4th of July! He was prompt, professional, identified the problem quickly and had it repaired in no time! I have already hired him for another service. I highly recommend this HVAC service company.

Oustanding from the original quote through completion of work. Mr. Perry was communicative, proffessional and timely. He and his associate were respectful of my home and cleaned up the work area. I would utilize his services in the future and I would recommend him to anyone! Also he had the best most fair price out of everyone who gave an estimate.

Perry's AC service responded out in two to evaluate my Ac problem in less than two hours. Although problem was covered under home warranty, I appreciate the fast and accurate handling of my service call. I'd definitely use Perry's again.

Perry diagnosed the problem and proposed the right fix. Had the air conditioner partially working while we waited for the part to arrive. Work area was kept clean and orderly. When the job was done there was no evidence that he was even there.
