Window installation was delayed by supplier shortage, so Horace used an equivalent supplier who had better availability. He offered to compensate me for the unexpectedly long delay, showing his interest in customer satisfaction. Quality of workmanship was excellent.

Supply chain crisis or not, we eventually got our beautiful window replaced and are so thankful to have it installed before the end of the year and the coldest months. Once our window found its way to Maryland, Horace and team got it to our house and installed within days during a holiday week.
