The customer service was immaculate and the owner was very patient in explaining everything they were doing to my roof since I wasn t knowledgeable about it. The representative Keith, that came to my house to inspect the repairs needed to the roof was very professional and informative. He pointed out the problems to me that we could see from the street. They were able to do the repairs a day ahead of schedule. They were affordable, professional, quick, and very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Hired for repairs to roof to address an isolated leak that caused water damage to the master bedroom ceiling in a corner. The quote was provided without looking at the roof, which caused the price to double once the issue was actually identified (repairs were made to parts that were not causing the leak). This was entirely my own fault due to not being diligent in insisting that they inspect the roof before providing a quote. Overall the repairs (in total) took much longer than expected, but the customer service provided was relatively excellent. Prices are quite reasonable and the warranty included is nice. The owner was extremely patient with me and acknowledged my frustration without any insult. Definitely recommended, especially for more serious roofing needs.
