Charles is an honest local businessman. He showed up on time and he quoted me a price to rekey eight locks and charged me what he quoted. The job ended up taking longer than expected because the locks had some security device that required more time to rekey, so he could have charged me more, but he didn't. All the locks work flawlessly. Yes, I would definitely recommend this business again. I had a very positive experience.

Charles NFD, the owner of the company, personally handled this service request. He impressed me as very professional and was easy and pleasant to talk to during his time at the house. Prior to contacting MrQuickPick, I had gathered estimates from several Angie's List competitors and determined that MrQuickPick's costs were the most reasonable for what I needed done. I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending MrQuickPick for anyone who might need locksmith services.

The locksmith showed up at our agreed time and replaced my lock in an expedient manner at the price we agreed on. He took his time to explain what was wrong with the old lock and the new lock has been working beautifully. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Brooks did a great job! I called him at 9:30 AM and he arrived at my home at 10:30 AM with a new front door lock set. In addition, Mr. Brooks repaired two additional door locks and supplied me with extra keys. The price was reasonable and fair. On Friday, March 23, 2018, I scheduled a non-Angie's List locksmith to service our front door locks, which had become increasing difficult to operate. Their technician was scheduled to appear at 10:00 a.m. the next day; but at about 9:20 a.m. on that day, that technician called and revealed that she didn't know when she would appear because her company had scheduled multiple customers for the same time. Dissatisfied with such business practice, I immediately consulted Angie's List and found Mr. Quick Pick (Charles Brooks) in my area. Despite the short notice, Mr. Brooks was able to schedule me for 12:00 p.m. that same day. He arrived with perfect punctuality; and after diagnosing the problem as rust in the cylinders of the respective locks, he repaired one with a coating of silicone and replaced the other more seriously damaged one. During the course of his work, Mr. Brooks was quite courteous, professional, and friendly; explaining every aspect of the work required. Needless to say, I'm extremely satisfied with Mr. Quick Pick and will call on this vendor for any of my future locksmith needs.

It went very well on a wet and cold day. He showed up and performed the requested service effortlessly. In addition, he didn't try to upsell or sell any other services. I highly recommend his services and would hire again.

It went absolutely wonderful. We first responded by email so I could send photos of the door and lock. He came at the time he said and was very professional. I was blown away that he literally had an entire set like an office in his van. He took the lock off and discovered that he had the necessary parts to re-key it in his van. Did the work; installed the new lock and handed me the keys. I was impressed that he was in top of his game. Certainly will refer to him again as well as others.

Made appt online for service several days in advance for 10AM. Promptly received an email confirmation. No one showed up. Called the number in the email, but went direct to voice mail. Left message, but no one returned my call. Called the number on the Angie's List page and spoke to someone. They apologized for missing the appt and offered to still come. They arrived about 1.5 hours later. 10AM appt turned into 2PM Work and price was satisfactory.

There was some confusion as to the date and time for the services to be preformed. Charles was contacted and I was put on his schedule for 10/18/17. The morning of 10/18/17, Charles arrived assessed the job. After his assessment, Charles performed the re-keying in a very time manner. Charles was very courteous and knowledgeable of what I wanted done.

Charles got there early and was ready to work. Assessed the situation and determined which locked had to be done. Rekeyed locks so I only have one key.

He saved me time, a headache and money! We lost a car key fob and had no backup. That generally means having the car towed to a dealer, waiting a few days for key fob to be ordered and shipped, and paying big bucks for a new key fob and to have the fob programmed. Called Mr QuickPick, he ordered key and brought it to house a few days later. He was able to cut key and program on the spot. His pricing was a great value. Mr. Brooks was on time and made a quick assessment of the job. He took the time to review the least expensive solution which was rekeying the locks. When that solution failed, he went out of his way to purchase the locks we wanted and installed them efficiently. His manner was professional and cordial.

Quickly. Offer include option for additional changes without further charges but I declined due to my schedule on the date of the service.

I made call for service at 5:00pm and MrQuickPick arrived in 30 minutes on same day. This was a very quick response time as request was made on same day. Locksmith was extremely professional, very pleasant, and completed replacing the locks and making copies of keys in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and much less than other locksmiths. Excellent work. Service provider arrived 15min early and was friendly and professional. Answered many technical questions. Rekeying of 5 looks took less than 2hrs. Additional deadbolt to be installed at a later date.
