JCI is extremely unprofessional, charged me close to 2k for nothing. I used there services twice first time to pump a septic tank which took 2 weeks if not more and the second time to troubleshoot backflow for snake tank. I was under the impression service would be quicker but they had to pump the tank in between installment of deposit due to them being untimely. They where on site for a 1hr dig up 12 of dirt and ran a camera and told me nothing was wrong. I am more disappointed they want me to pay the full price and the lack of impromptu services. Blame was placed on me for there lack of scheduling stating I did not inform them this was a commercial print. Regardless people occupied the home and needed service at least scheduled. I feel robbed.

This was an absolutely excellent and professional service! The JCI Environmental Service is the best service we've had for our septic system needs! As an engineer, I have had the opportunity to be a part of leading many high performing teams working across platforms that are on land, sea, and space. I can tell a professional, highly skilled workforce. The JCI Environmental excellent service started with our first call to them for the job. Their reception was excellent, asking if the need was an emergency or preventive maintenance. They scheduled the service within two days, and Service Technician Nathaniel arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled septic inspection, pumping, and draining. He was absolutely professional and took the time to ask the questions that were necessary to provide me with a full understanding of the service. The technician was careful and when he was finished to left everything perfect. Everything was upfront, there were no hidden surprises. The cost was great and the service excellent! The JCI experience was absolutely great. Our family will continue using JCI and we highly recommend them! Thanks to JCI Environmental, Tony, Nathaniel, and the great folks that make up their team!

They need to lower the cost but service was good.

They were on time. They were careful while on my property. They were polite and courteous. Located the work area and immediately went to work. They completed the task and left area tidy and thanked us for our busiess. Overall good work and attitude. We would recommend them to anyone and use them in the future.

The person that came did a a great job; however, communication regarding the time they would arrive was poor. Service was scheduled between 12-2pm. Got text around 12:30 stating they were on the way. Got another email changing the schedule time to 12-3. Around 1:45 got text saying they were on the way. Provider did not arrive until around 3:45. I lost time that I had planned to do something else waiting. Once arrived he was very friendly and did a great job pumping out the tank. I would use the service again but ask to communicate better regarding arrival time.
