Had been on a waiting list to have my septic pumped but was surprised to receive a call from JCI saying they could do the job in a couple of hours. Sure enough they arrived in two hours and the job was complete. He was very courteous, professional, gave my husband a tip and dressed for Covid 19. We are very pleased with this company. I was quite surprised that you did not have a flat rate for pumping out the entire septic system, instead of paying as the truck tank level went higher so did the cost. I never experienced that with other septic companies, that was disappointing. The eployee they sent was very professional and answered alot of my concerns.

JCI was amazing! I thought I knew where my tank was, but as it turns out, I did not. They helped me read my house blueprints to locate where the tank might be, but that one had been filled in prior to me buying the house. They never once complained about having to check multiple locations and in the end they had to come back the next day with a camera to locate it. It took some digging, in the rain, but now I know where it is and they even gave me a military discount.

When the gentlemen from JCI came out we discovered that the septic was literally filled to the brim. Rather than make a joke or shake his head they asked me if I was having any issues in the house with plumbing and wanted to make sure that everything was ok. They quickly completed emptying the septic and diagnosed the issue. I absolutely would recommend JCI for anyone else to use and I will be calling them back to service my septic in the future. They were very professional and highly personable.
