Best contractor experience I've ever had! The team was professional and responsive from start to finish (sales, measurement, installation, etc). I high recommend them and would definitely do business with them again.

The whole process was extremely painless and took only 3 weeks to renovate our whole kitchen.

From start to finish and we had a very pleasant experience with Europeangranitede from start to finish and we had a very pleasant experience with European Granite.First we hired another local marble and granite company,after they missed the 3rd final templating appointment,we decided to get our money back and still struggling with them!Our neighbor recommended European design and mt Mr.Emre on a Tuesday after getting off work.Mr.Emre was very helpful with the color selection,since the house is not our main home and it is an investment property we didn't want to get an exotic granite but our sales person was nice enough to do the exotic upgrade for only $250 extra so we couldn't resist.All their templaters and installers were on time,and we got everything installed in less than 10 days. We are getting ready to replace our main house's kitchen eventhough we didn't plan it.We reccomend them to everyone who is looking for a new kitchen,bathroom or a fireplace.

It started out fine but maybe not. When I asked for my member discount I was told they had given me the best price without my member discount. After I had signed the contract another contractor doing some other work for me gave me a better deal. I called European Granite and informed them of this, but neither the sales person nor the manager was willing to do "anything" to keep a customer happy. The work is good so far, but shop around first; you may find a better deal.

Gokhan worked with us from time of purchase to installation. they are responsive, professional, friendly and accommodating. we will definitely go back to Gokhan for our master bathroom renovation in near future ( especially when they offer special deal).

That was an 8 hours job and there were no unexpected issues.

Of all the stone yards I visited in my quest, European Granite was the only one charging the same price for all the stone available. Thus I was able to get exactly what I wanted even though I was very concerned about price. Emre, the manager, is willing to negotiate on price. All the staff were extremely easy to work with. Everything was done as promised and on time. The final results are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

Outstanding! I appreciate the superb work European Granite Design's artisans did with the installation of the granite countertops in my home. They are positively spectacular and have transformed the appearance of my kitchen, office, and three bathrooms. My kitchen countertop was particularly difficult with an unusual shape and very large size. With the skill of their stone masons and the precise measurements they made several days earlier, they were able to cut the majority of the countertop in one piece which made it virtually seamless. This shows the remarkable skill of their artisans. They are unsurpassed. They should be very proud to have these master craftsmen as part of their team. They worked together like an orchestra; each person did their part in a sequence that enabled them to complete the difficult installations in one visit. Their staff smoothly adapted to the uniqueness of each room. Nothing phased them. The attention to detail was impressive. They even cleaned up everything like they were never there. Unbelievable! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I only came in for one bathroom countertop and they ended up helping me choose countertops for my whole home. They helped me choose the best granite for my rooms while working within my budget. They helped reassure me that I would love my choices and they were right. I couldn't love them more! Their architect took precise measurements of each countertop in each room. These measurements were critical in producing the unusual cuts necessary to fit within the confines of my walls. They coordinated with their master plumber who was exceptional too. He handled everything from installing my new stovetop and dishwasher in the kitchen to changing the piping from single sinks to double sinks in two of the bathrooms. His plumbing work was beautiful. I love my new countertops and would highly recommend European Granite Design to anyone. I am very happy I trusted them with this project. They far exceeded my expectations.
