wrought iron

They came out and redid the handrail, redid the rail around the porch to the front door, and put a handrail down the back stairwell behind the house. The work went pretty well overall. It took some time to do the work, but it was understandable; since we are dealing with wrought iron, which has to be hand-fabricated, it can take a while. Once they were done with that, they were quick to get out and install it and did it all in one day. They seem rather professional. I don?t think they are too up on computers yet, but they do respond with emails. However, we more or less have to call them to have them come out to do an estimate; it is not like something that I was able to do online, I think. I paid $400 for the porch rails, $150 for the handrail going down the stairs and $75 for the handrail going down the back stair. I am waiting for them to finish some work inside the house. They haven?t given me a confirmation that they have finished anything, but I will be getting in touch with them and see where they are in terms of the work. Everything that they have done so far has been done more or less to my specification, and it is looking good.
Description of Work: I used Universal Metal Products to have some concrete stuff replaced in front of my house, which included lot of railing work.
