+ -1 morePoor Customer Service! What a Mess! Had one Plumber to come out and determine that we needed a stem replaced in our shower. Almost a week later, the Owner, Charles Smith called to come out and verify that we needed a stem. Mind you, we have had water leaking now for more than two weeks. When I asked, why such an inconvenience, Mr. Smith replied, “you can get the claim reassigned”. He has a very nasty attitude and apparently unqualified staff. Don’t use Charles E. Smith Plumbing!

+ -1 moreThey had bad communication tactics. They lacked kindness. They would not come back and finish all the small details. It has anchor issues. He would raise his voice at me. They were unprofessional.
Description of Work: They replaced a pipe leading to the back of our tub.
