 + -1 moreArcnet earned an A. He was on time, and explained the "what and why" behind his repairs. He insisted on cleaning up. And his charge was quite reasonable for the seriousness of the problem. Wendell was wonderful!
Description of Work: My freezer drawer was stuck closed. I unplugged the fridge overnight; this morning I removed an ice sheet from under the unit. Now the freezer drawer is stuck open about an inch. I believe the icemaker line is involved.

 + -1 moreWendell Scot was the first to call me and got the repair job. I will definitely use Arcnet again. He was everything you'd want in a good service repairman. He correctly diagnosed the reason for the leak, ordered the part and installed it the next day. $200 including the replacement part. I'm never using anyone else, he is that good. And no, I am not related to him and I haven't been paid for this review. Hire him and you'll see what I mean.
