+ -1 moreI am pleased to see Accent Floors on Angie's List. Our building contractor had them install our oak flooring shortly after we moved into our new home in 1986. They were professional, quick, and neat. I was very impressed with their work and how neat and clean they were in confining the dust and odors and cleaning up after themselves. As I recall, it was a 2 - 3 day job. The floors turned out beautifully and we are still living in the same home and enjoying the wood floors more than 24 years later.!We are getting ready to contact them again for an estimate to refinish the wood floors in our daughter's home.
Description of Work: Installed, sanded, stained, and finished oak flooring in the living room and dining room of our newly constructed home in May of 1986. Our building contractor hired them and negotiated the price, which I don't remember after all these years, but it was part of our building contract flooring allowance.

+ 0 moreGreat job from start to finish. The scheduler was professional and nice. The person who did the estimate was equally great. Then, the restorers -- Ray and his team -- were phenomenal! We have nothing but great things to say about them. They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. Ray called at 9 a.m. to apologize that they wouldn't make it until 10. And then, they arrived right at 10. Crazy! They were on time! No need to apologize. They worked hard, made sure we were satisfied with the color of stain, and cleaned up when they were done. Great price and fantastic job! They just did what was needed and did it exactly as promised.
Description of Work: Restored approximately 520 sq. ft. of hardwood floors. Sanded (including sanding out some pet stains), stained, and applied a polyurethane coat. Took 1.5 days. We got three estimates for the work, and Accent Floors was both the cheapest and the most professional. No 'hard sell'.

+ -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. WORK WAS TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. WORKMANSHIP LAYING THE FLOOR WAS OUTSTANDING TO INCLUDE REPLACING THE ENTIRE STAIRCASE.
Description of Work: INSTALL 'MIRAGE' RED OAK HARD WOOD FLOORS IN 1 BEDROOM, TWO HALLWAYS AND THE LIVING ROOM. IN ADDITION, TEAR OUT OLD STAIRS AND REPLAVE WITH FINISHED RED OAK STAIR CASE.
