Run - do not walk to the exit. When these energy audit guys came to our house, they only spent 20 minutes in the house. When they reviewed the basement, they left all the lights on when they left! We assumed the audit was done with a grant and did not expect a VERY high pressure sale tactic when we got the results. You MUST do the deal that night or the price doubles. If they don't get the sale during the delivery of the results, they will storm out of the house like you insulted them. A review of the website shows no contact information. We were told they have been in business for 12 years but a review of the business records show they incorporated on February 2011. By the time they stormed out of the house, p***** because we would not sign a contract tonight, we all looked at each other and asked -- can anyone remember the name of the company? None of us could -- I had to search the state records with bits of information we could remember. DO NOT expect them to be happy if you decide not to spend thousands of dollars on the spot. I think the product is good and price is reasonable but the expectation and sales pitch is COMPLETELY out of line! Think very hard if you decide to let them do an energy audit. Oh yes, also -- the energy audit they say is worth 300 dollars, NOT even close. UPDATE: September 21, 2011: ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I never said "Yes - let's do the work!" When you put "Quotes" aaround something, that means I said those words. I never shook your hand OR said those words for this reason: Your statement out my door was "You don't worry about us and we won't worry about you". Yes that is in quotes and I have a witness that can confirm my using "quotes". You said that because you know a similiar product can be purchased at http://www.atticfoil.com/ for a 95% less then what you guys are charging. Yes, you did an "energy audit" - you sent two rough looking guys in an old gas guzzling heap to run around my house for 20 minutes with a thermeter that can be purchased on Amazon.com for $44, not worth $250-$300. DON'T quote me unless you kind of get it accurate. I am done here - you just did yourself a disservice by even responding.
