Talked about other projects, but they didn't follow up with any information. Gave check for work done, forgot to sign, they signed my check without consulting with me first. I told them to bring check back and I would sign, but they ignored. No plans to pursue legal action, but they need to be advised against doing this again with any customer.

Busy time so it took longer for service than estimated. The job was done well and my only concern is that the mulch is not as deep as I would have like to see.

Commenced work as scheduled. Diligent workers. Excellent supervision.

Professional and pleasant experience. Lawn is much improved and it didn't cost a fortune. They came in and quickly did the job. No hassles.

Arrived on time and provided a very reasonable estimate for the job. They removed the old shrubs and created a flower bed which is what we asked for and they promised to deliver. We have some additional work that needs to done, and we plan to use JFK for that job.

JFK showed up on the day we agreed to and promptly went to work trimming approximately 125 feet of forsythia hedge that was severely overgrown (6-7 feet high and 7+ feet wide). They had great power equipment that made quick work of trimming the hedge down to size. As two men were trimming, two other men were cleaning up the cuttings and putting them in the truck. The job was completed in about 3 hours, and my yard and the neighbors was left in immaculate condition. The price paid was the price agreed to before the start of the job. I highly recommend this company.

They did a servicable job at the work they were hired to do. The aeration was done well, however the fertilization and overseeding did not appear to be up to snuff. They made a point of mentioning how they go back over bare spots by hand, but I saw no real evidence of this. However, the big issue with this company is communication. They took forever to respond to any form of communication (e-mail or phone), did not answer any questions I had about post-treatment care, and never even let us know for sure when they were coming... they just showed up one day. Actually, they showed up the night before, but had no gas for their equipment.

Was able to squeeze me in for a job that I needed before a quick settlement.

They came in a timely fashion, very good communications. Just has all been a good job.
