We chose Jackie because of her experience and friendly, professional self-presentation. We put our house on the market as it was falling quickly in the summer of 2007. She worked well with us in getting our house sold quickly while our competitor houses stayed on the market months longer and dropped far more in price. She is experienced and has the help of her professional adult children. She is a wonderful negotiator. Because of our great experience working with her to sell our house, we chose her to help us buy a house. She worked extra quickly to help us find a great house in a short time. She helped us negotiate the price down another $35K after it had already dropped $130K because of the bad market. On top of that, she negotiated our list of requested repairs. The contract and closing all went smoothly because of her. After we purchased the home, we discovered a latent defect that the previous owner knew about. She helped us get him to repair it for us. Overall, she has been great to work with. She is great with people and negotiating, and she knows her stuff.
