TriState Restoration was at my house within 2 hours of being contacted. They did a perfect job cleaning up the water damage.

Working with Tri State Restorations was an excellent experience. Scheduling was easy, and response time was quick. Alfredo, our service technician, was outstanding. He was extremely efficient, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough about how pleasant it was working with him to mitigate the damage from our water leak. He is the absolute best!

We contacted Tri State for recent water damage to our Kitchen and Basement because they did excellent work a couple of years ago with a similar situation but a different cause. I strongly recommend your doing an annual check behind and beneath your dishwasher and refrigerator!! The demo crew, run by Alfredo, and Danny in the Office, kept us informed at all times which was extremely helpful as we run our business from home. This is a terrible company. I called FH Furr and they recommended this scam of a company. They came in an removed drywall I never requested to have moved and when I called to find out about the enormous charges I was given the run around and we are now headed to court. Do not use this company or use them as they will scam you and send you and enormous bill for work they did not or was not authorized to do. Jamel Davis is their worst employee and he claimed to be the owner when I started questioning them. DO NOT USE TRI-State…run away from them. I hope no one who reads this gets scammed. There are plenty of good restoration companies out there that will serve you better.

It had been a while since I attended one of the monthly TSR "coffee breaks". The September one was really interesting, talking about swimming pools and practical steps to avoid common pool hazards. - I don't have a pool, but a few of my friends do. Of the 5 topics that were briefly discussed the first one stood out to me - REGULAR THOROUGH CLEANING. Everyone loves the fun that comes with having a pool, but there's a lot that goes into maintaining them so that problems don't creep up down the road. Thanks TSR team for highlighting some of those measures in a brief presentation that was easy to understand and enjoyable to listen to! :0)

The most important was - The information on "mold" which was good and clear. They are so knowledgeable, and it is definitely the place to go to get help if I ever have mold problem. - Thanks so much TSR Team!!!

This month's "coffee break" was interesting and informed us about common causes of water damage, as well as what equipment and processes can help in each situation. Because there are so many moving parts when it comes to a water loss event. It's nice to know that TSR can handle mitigation, remediation and all forms of cleanup. - We appreciate a "one-stop shop". Today's "coffee break" was very important, and VERY interesting! The presentation about lead and asbestos was really good. Learning about the history of commercial use of these naturally occurring metals and that they're still being used in so many products today was a real eye-opener. Thanks TSR for the work to educate all of us in this industry. Hopefully we can use what we learned to turn around and help others.

Yesterday's virtual "coffee break" class was excellent! I appreciated Rob's informative delivery. The conversation about Category 2 & Category 3 damage and how we we don't want to try to handle those issues ourselves was really good. The in depth "10 Steps to Recovery" process shows me that TSR is there take care of me and my family to the very last detail!

Tri State Restorations truly cares about educating and serving the community and their customers. They provide monthly education sessions that help homeowners be better prepared in case of an unforeseen emergency. This month’s session was on cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting after a Covid exposure, or preparing spaces for folks to return to common areas/work environments, which was very interesting and enlightening. You can feel and see the passion and knowledge they have for the work they perform.

Very pleased with the work and with the capability and kindness of their employees. Would highly recommend them!

Tri State Restorations had a continuing education class for Errors & Omissions yesterday and Ryan the instructor was GREAT! Thank you guys so much for sharing that with your agents!

Through their monthly Virtual Coffee Break, Tri State Restorations show their processes and remediation actions. Today was an interactive demo featuring their Ricoh Theta Z 360 camera and Matterport. As it gives me an insight on their way of thinking and professionalism, I would hire them and follow their recommendations.

I have not had any work done yet but if I ever needed these services I will be calling them based on the information I have gathered .

The representative at Tri State tried to scam me by telling me there was mold on all furniture and other items in the living area of my basement. They opened a wall in my basement and removed carpeting without consulting me. I was at home upstairs the entire time. I was also told that I would have to pay CASH for renovations not covered by my Home owners insurance. The day the insurance representative showed up and told them there was no mold on the furniture and other areas they identified they left and never returned. The company never called to explain why! I had to hire another company to remove the wet and items from the area. A bill was later submitted to my insurance company for Services that were NOT provided.
