I didn't hire them due to friend's referral to another contractor. Base on initial contact, promptness and politeness of the estimator, reasonable quote, and the conversation, I estimate that this is a very good company, they are likely to provide high quality work and therefore I would hire them.

Very pleased. I had talked to several other people (experts and general contractors) who did not seem to have a sense of urgency and were more expensive. Sergey came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, which was reasonable. Back the next day at the time I requested and did a great job. He never tried to push things that I didn't need - told me what the options were and how much they would cost, but no sales pressure. Did a really good job. Now I don't just have a new motor, but also a keypad in case I lock myself out. Polite, curteous, professional, knowledgeable, competent, and reasonably priced - what more can you ask?

Excellent Service, I called Sunday evening to report a main spring break that caused other damage as well. Garage door was totally inoperable in the closed position. Toly called me back that same evening, was at my house by eight the next morning and had the repairs completed by about 9:15. The garage door now operates good as new, maybe better. I would defintely hire again.

Sergey and his assistant arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. After a quick assessment they went to work to fix the broken cable. I had used the wrong one to make the repair. It was in the package that I bought from Home Depot. As they worked they found several other things that needed to be done. They showed me the faulty parts and gave me the choice. I agreed on each item. The final work amounted to replacing both springs, the broken cable, a broken pulley and fine tuning (lubrication and adjusting) the final fix. I was very pleased and now the door works better than it ever has. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to contact them in the future. They completed the work in about an hour.

Sergey came to the house very early in the morning so that he could get the garage door open and allow me to take my son to school on time. He arrived promptly at 6:45 and had the spring replaced within half hour. He did great work (on short notice), and was very professional. What seemed like a big problem when the spring failed on Sunday night, ended up having no effect on our Monday thanks to Sergey's work.

Called at 1:30 and were here by 3:30 same day. Knowledgeable, punctual, and fair - exactly what I look for in a service contractor.

Great my doors a working the best that they have since I moved in my house

STI Garage was available that afternoon to replace the broken spring. The matching spring was also replaced for preventative maintenance. Some of the older metal rollers were also replaced with nylon rollers. STI Garage also applied grease to the rollers and rails. The entire job took about one hour. The garage door now functions and it makes much less noise.

I was looking for quite some time to have some one install my garage door and finally after doing some research I was able to make my mind and get STI garage door to install my garage door. It was a great decision! They were so helpful, so efficient and professional, I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm glad that they know the meaning of great customer service!

I called STI Garage door for emergency repair of my garage door springs, they did such a fabulous job and offered me a really good deal on opener replacement I couldn't not take it. Very nice company with professional technicians with very quick response.

I've recently used STI garage door for my spring repair. My springs broke when I pulled in my garage and I had to leave the next morning for an interview, it was about 9 pm at night when that happened. I needed to make sure my door is fixed right away. There's a lot of companies that claim that they're open 24/7, but STI was the only one out of 4 companies that answered the phone and made it to my place in less than an hour. Technician was very efficient and pleasant to work with, fixed my door in less that an hour and gave me a discount for the next service as well. I truly appreciated the help that they provided me. Needless to say when I'm ready to update my garage door or if I'd have any other problems STI's got my business!
