I was told the appointment was between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. However, customer service didn't share that appointment with your technician. I called customer service at 12:00, and a message was sent to the technician, who arrived at 1:45. He was very professional, and I am satisfied with the installation.

The estimate was accurate for replacement of the entire door, hardware and garage door opener. The work and clean up were done in a professional manner. The operation of the door is quiet and can be managed from anywhere in the world. Garage doors have come a long way. Our installation process was painless.

When job was completed - after a 6-hour installation - two of the garage door window panels were found to be missing. We were informed that the panels would be found and installed within the next few days. Instead of waiting, the installers returned later that evening to install the missing panels. Our hats off to them.

Received an estimate on a Wednesday; new, updated garage door installed the next morning - Thursday. Easy, simple process with STI. Beautifully installed by Marco and Carlos. They hauled away the old door and hardware as well. The quick turnaround had me scrambling to clear the garage and make room for the new installation. The installers said, "No problem." and helped move items into an appropriate area until they were done. I think they even found a broom and left my garage cleaner than it was when they started. Greatly improved the curb appeal of our home.

Sergey and his two colleagues were outstanding. Initially, Sergey discussed our options with us. He then sent a proposal with a fair price; I had received two other estimates as well. Carlos and Marco arrived on time and did an excellent job in installing two new garage doors with all the accessories for us. They were very professional and friendly.

The technician called me before the appointment time to let me know that he was running behind schedule. However he did show up within an hour after the appointment time. He assessed a situation had the parts on the truck didn t need to do the job. The work was done in a timely manner he cleaned up behind himself and made sure that the door was working properly before departing. I would definitely recommend him again. He is the type of person that makes the company looks good this review should go into his personal folder as a permanent record.

They were available at short notice and fixed the garage door quickly. The only minor beef is that the service cost was higher than expected. This wasn't an emergency.
