They were first to contact me and gave me a price. Their competitor was second in contacting me and quoted a lower price. Called STI and told them about the competitor's price and they matched it on the spot. Since they were first to contact me and were pleasant on the phone, awarded the job to them. Broken spring was replaced in under 30 minutes and Robert was very professional in explaining all that he was doing. I would highly recommend this company for your garage door woes!

Tony was able to quickly assess the damage to my garage door and related equipment (broken spring). He expertly and efficiently changed out both springs to the garage door like a pro, which he is. He explained the entire process from start to finish and allowed me to watch and learn each step of the repair process in case I wanted to conduct any repairs on my other garage door; there's no way I could have done it any better than him. I would highly recommend STI Garage Door, LLC services any time.
