They were a bit pricey. I only needed to reattach the bolt that connected the opener to the door. When I spoke with the company rep, she told me that the minimum charge was $45. My job took 15 minutes; but, cost me $150. In light of the expressed minimum, I thought that this was pricey. However, the work product was excellent and the technician arrived on time.

STI Garage Door, LLC came the next day and fixed it on the spot for same quote we got from others. Sergei was within the time span of 2 hours they promised. Broken to repaired in 24 hours!!!!

Tony was very professional. Great working with everyone at STI. I filled my information online late on Sunday night. Monday morning their office called me and scheduled the appointment for the same day. Office rep was very efficient and polite. Tony came home the same day for giving estimate. Guided me well to buy the right thing. Gave promotional fare and assurance of a good job. Wednesday technicians came and finished the work professionally. Explained to me every feature and answered all question very well. Helped me program both garage doors on keypad, in both cars and on the App patiently. Value for money and all very professional. Donâ t waste your time researching other options. These guys are perfect for the job and best price too. Iâ m writing this after evaluating a few. Thank You STI.

STI was the first to contact me and I went with them since they were having a special to replace both Garage door springs which was recommended by the person on the line. I went with them. The technician arrived and finished the job quickly and with no issues. They also gave me a quote on the spot per my request on replacing one of the panels with windows no pressure but they were willing to give me a discount as well.

The technician arrived in the indicated time frame.He was pleasant and easy to work with. The garage door problem was fixed within 5 min of his arrival.
