Very happy with the repair of my garage. The customer service was fantastic. Diagnosis and explanation of the repair was on target and completed within 2 hours after my initial call.

Sergey was prompt and professional. He provided quote over the phone with basic info related to garage door and honored that price to complete the replacement of broken torsion spring with a new pair to my satisfaction. He even performed a minor repair to garage door damage at no additional cost. Nice job!

Excellent service n very quick response. Came n fixed the problem within a few hrs. Price was reasonable (300) but not great.

The technician was right on time, got right to work and was able to diagnose the problem with the garage door and why it would not operate properly. It needed new sensors so he replaced them very quickly and it's working great now. Would highly recommend. Nice and professional customer service

The service personnel was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will highly recommend STI to all my friends and family. They are truly worth it. I thought I was going to have to wait for the repair. The same day I contacted Home Advisor for recommendations on pros to resolve the problem is the same day STI came out to fix it. I love it.

Fast, prompt, efficient. Clearly explained what was required and what it would cost up front. Arrived, went right to work. Busted spring replaced. Door balanced and oiled. No hesitation to recommend Sergei.

Service man was very clear about what was needed and when he finished he reviewed with me and explained each item of work done. Was respectful and careful with my things in the garage.
