We have now used Rowlandscapes for three full seasons, and our lawn has never looked better. We receive constant compliments from neighbors. Rowland knows his stuff and prescribes the appropriate treatments for our lawn. Raul does most of the treatments and is efficient and always cleans up after the treatment (e.g. blows fertilizer and seed off the sidewalks and driveway.) The price cited below is a discounted price for single payment for the full season rather than paying for each treatment separately.

Work was completed as scheduled. Work was done properly. Any issues with the work was addressed quickly to my satisfaction.

We love Rowlandscapes and have used them for around 5-6 years to care for our lawn. We learned about them from neighbors that use them too. Small, family-owned business. Very punctual and provide excellent communication. Very knowledgeable about lawn care, as well as landscaping. They also don't over apply treatments, so are more environmentally friendly - Rowland has been very flexible in terms of ensuring areas were or were not treated according to our wishes. We have sometimes also hired them for mowing our yard, and that was a great experience too (good team of guys that were also punctual and tidy). Highly recommend Rowlandscapes!

Their treatment actually seems to have improved our lawn. They're very cost effective and they did not attempt to oversell. They are environmentally aware.

I hired Rowland Dennie, owner of Rowlandscapes, in April of 2009 to take care of my yard. This will be my 5th year receiving outstanding service. Let me start by saying I now get compliments from my neighbors on how great my yard looks. The previous owners let the yard go so there was a bit of work to do in the beginning. Rowland performs 6 treatments over the course of the year. The treatments include either fertilizer, weed control, seeding or all three. Additionally the yard is aerated and treated for grubs and other insects. Rowland is an expert in his field and a good resource helping me find other yard services such as tree trimming. He’s a great guy to work with. Prior to a treatment Rowland will notify me and let me know when he is coming and what treatment will take place. I highly recommend Rowlandscapes for your lawn care needs.

This was the first treatment of an annual contract for turf management program which will cost 6 payments of $150 each for a 10000 sq. ft. Lawn. We had the lawn redone about 3 years ago and, sadly, we were doing a rotten job of keeping it up so we decided to hire an expert. I saw reviews of this company in Washington Consumer Checkbook. They showed up Friday with very professional looking equipment and did a bang up job on the aeration. They left clear instructions for us about watering and mowing. So far, so good. The price seems a little high but if they can improve the quality of the lawn, I will be happy.

My neighbor and I use him yearly. We are both satisfied that he has improved the appearance of our lawn. He has been responsive and responsible. He is courteous and very business like.
