 + -1 moreTwo men arrived on time and immediately proceeded to put the items in their truck. The lumber from my old deck still had the nails sticking out of the 12 foot 2x6" deck boards. It was no problem for the guys. They also took away two old dehumidifiers and other junk. I was very pleased with the job they did. It took them less than 30 minutes to finish loading the items.
Description of Work: Old lumber from my 24 x 16 foot deck and other miscellaneous junk.

 + 0 moreThey were upfront with costs and they didn't try to inflate their price, i.e. they charged me for a 1/2 load which was fair instead of trying to call it a 3/4 load and over charging. They were professional and fast. I do recommend this company.

 + -1 moreEverything was smooth, professional and friendly. Only took a few minutes. The guys were efficient, friendly and communicated well. Their appearance was just a bit untidy, but if that helps them stay cheaper than 1800 GJ then I'm all for it!

 + -1 moreDustin was prompt to respond to our request, and called us the day before to reconfirm. As it turned out on the scheduled day they were finished at another job early, so they called to see if it was okay if they came early. They arrived and quickly assessed the items and began clearing out the garage. In almost no time they were done, and moved to clear stuff out of our house. They were courteous and conscientious, even wearing protective booties so they wouldn't track things into the house. This was our first time using this service and based on our experience we'll never make another trip to the dump ourselves again. We already have more stuff piled up and will be calling on them again within another month. Thank you Junk Pros!

 + -1 moreI first called on Wednesday and had an excellent conversation with Dustin and we agreed to move forward. He and an assistant arrived promptly on that Friday and removed a full truckload of furniture in 2 trips. Total operation took about 2 hours. They were very careful of the house, no damage or nicks to the walls or doorways, in spite of the very heavy and large pieces I was getting rid of. I would absolutely use these guys again; they were very courteous, professional and competent.

The process of booking the appointment was so simple and easy and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous. The 2 men that came and hauled the items were prompt, courteous and professional. We have had junk hauled before and we found their pricing to be competitive and very reasonable. We will use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: We bought some new furniture and had to have a couch, love seat, recliner, t.v stand & a couple of other small items hauled away.

They arrived on time, worked quickly, graciously squeezed in more than I had originally described to them, and helped us clean out our garage, attic and basement. Their speed and quality of responsiveness were truly unusual. I highly recommend Junk Pros for all of your hauling needs. They'll do the job efficiently and skillfully at fair price.
Description of Work: Junk Pros Dustin and Chris hauled away debris from our home, helping us clear the attic, garage, and basement. I booked them on the Web and immediately received a confirmation email that was follow-up the next day by a phone call from Dustin. He answered questions and indicating that the appointment was scheduled. I also received a reminder email as well as another call from Dustin on the day of the service to let me know exactly when he would arrive. His level of responsiveness was impressive. Dustin assured me -- when I worried -- that if I over or underestimated the size of the load he would adjust the price accordingly. On the day of the service the team was prompt and professional. I had significantly underestimated the amount of "stuff" we needed hauled away. Dustin and Chris calmly assessed the space required in the truck and assured us that they would find a way to fit it all in. And fit it in they did. They were fast and good natured throughout the process. The price adjustment was very fair considering the amount of junk that required removal. There was also a 10% discount for booking on the Web. The Junk Pros guys were truly pros.

Description of Work: Called the company and left a message. I'm usually wary of leaving messages as most are never returned. However, I received a response to my call within an hour. Had quite a bit of junk from cleaning out my garage and wanted someone to haul it away quickly. Called on a Sat afternoon and the junk was hauled away Sunday morning, as in the next day.

I received an email confirmation the scheduled appointment received on their website and I received a prompt response from them after I needed to email them. I received an appointment reminder the day before they were to come over. The morning of the appointment they called to let me know they were on their way and arrived quite promptly. Dustin and his employee reviewed the job prior to securing an agreed upon payment. They answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. They were great!
Description of Work: Junk Pros was hired by me to haul away household junk, e.g. non-working gas grill, broken computer chair, etc.

 + -1 moreMy sister is getting new furniture, so she asked if I wanted hers. I said yes; called Junk Pros on Monday, March 26, and they arrived as scheduled on March 29. Very careful not to bump walls, or knock thinks over. In and out in no time, and they also took some other smaller stuff that I dug out after I called them (except for the treadmill...I guess that's not so small). Very professional, and very nice; I've dealt with some real losers lately, so dealing with these guys is a real treat and they deserve to be recognized:)
Description of Work: Dustin Cavell (the owner), and his team removed a couch, chair, treadmill, and other small items for me. In the past, they have acutally delivered furniture to me that me sister was giving away. They are always punctual, fair, friendly and professional. This is the third time I've used this company, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
