+ -1 moreMy upright frost-free freezer began running non-stop. I called JGR Appliance Repair after reading so many positive reviews on Google, and now I know why they have such a positive rating! Robert was at my home within 2 hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem, identified the parts required, provided me with a final price for the repairs, and said he would try to return same-day with the parts. Which he did. Robert is the best service tech I have worked with in a very long time. He was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I can recommend JGR appliance repair without reservation. I will definitely be using this company again if I need anything else repaired. It is so rare to find this quality of service anymore, and such a pleasure when you do.
