I worked with Brian on getting everything set up from getting the inspection, to dealing with my insurance company, and made sure that he checked in during the installation to see how everything was going. ExteriorMax did a fantastic job installing my roof. They were respectful of my property, explained the process with delivering the materials and the clean up job was great. ExteriorMax really made sure that I felt comfortable, never felt pressured, and follow ups even days after the install showed they really cared. They have a customer for life in me.

Chidi helped me to go through all the process with my insurance company. Yes they helped me to file the claim and it covered the roof installation and dry wall repairs. Chidi is super gentle and very patient to explain every single step, came over for all inspections(roof and third floor dry wall) to make sure the inspector captured all issues, helped me to coordinate with drone inspection and followed up the installation. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a company in Maryland. I had some major damage to my roof and my neighbors recently had their roof replaced. They were raving about their experience so they referred me to Exteriormax. Chidi was my go to person for all communication. He was responsive to all my texts and emails and concerns. Really good guy and wonderful to work with. The organization of this company is amazing. They are excellent with dealing with slow and unresponsive insurance companies to make sure your claim goes through. The day of roof replacement, the roofers were punctual and efficient. They did a great job. I never thought I'd want to stare at my roof for hours but I really like the quality and style. They even upgraded me with high quality shingles. Exteriormax, Chidi and the rest of the staff made the roof replacement experience really smooth and easy. Highly recommend them.

The job was phenomenal!! Adam explained in detail what was happening with the roof. He was honest, and very professional!! No pressure no scare tactics â ¦ and was able to work out a budget that I was able to afford on my fixed income!!! I would without hesitation recommend this company!!!

I live in Crownsville MD, I needed a new roof and set out to get prices to compare. I had 4 companies respond to my request with varied results. The last to visit me, #5, was Adam Shaikh from EXTERIORMAX, a company I had never heard of but had stellar reviews. To be brief. Adams tone and attitude was respectful, sincere and caring after others were matter of fact and all business. Adams price was not the lowest, but his offering was a good package, so I signed his contract that day with no need to look further or compare. His best feature was that he would have the job done in one week.... AND he delivered on 8/3/22. The very next night we had 2.5 inches of rain and "LOOK MOM...NO LEAKS!!!" ExteriorMax replaced my roof seven days after Adam Shaikh's consult on Tuesday. Building materials arrived on Friday, the roofing crew arrived Monday, and by late afternoon I had a new, beautiful roof which is guaranteed for fifty years! If I could give six stars I would!
