D.E.W. LAWN & TREE SERVICE

First of all they were the only company who actually answered the phone when I called. I had called about four or five companies before I found D.E.W. and had either got a machine or someone just took a message. Dayton answered and immediately listened to my situation and even had me text some pictures from my phone so he could give me an idea of the cost. Then about an hour later a crew stopped by my house to see in person and was able to give me a quote. Because of the way the tree was hanging it couldn't just be cut down and pulled away from the house. They had to climb up and take it out piece by piece which is what I had figured or I would have done it with family, but I know my limits and this was well beyond. This was a Friday, they said they would be able to get out on Monday which was fine. Then they called on Saturday and said they would be able to come Sunday instead which was great. They showed up right on time, got to work and fell the tree in pieces keeping it well away from my house and deck. Super nice guys, efficient, did what they said with no BS. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

The workers are good. They are responsive to my requests and they pick up well. Sometimes I have requests for things for them to clean and they clean it. They are prompt. Sometimes I have to call them after I fertilize to mow because it grows quickly.

Dayton was very responsive. He came to the house within hours of our initial contact. Started the work that afternoon and finished the next afternoon as promised. DEW will be my only contact for future tree and landscape work.

Extended a nice military discount. Has done work for some of my neighbors. Did a good job of cleanup. Wasn't the cheapest I had seen but I felt still gave a fair price for the work. Easy to talk to. Owner and job lead both we're Americans who spoke English.

I liked the fellow, they were punctual and reasonable. I think they are competent but I just gave the job to someone else. I do research for a living so I got a big bunch of estimates and there was quite a bit of range. They were prompt, courteous and competent. I just got a better deal from another company because it was an expensive job. I learned a lot talking to them and their work was very professional. They were very capable and I had to pick somebody so I went with someone else.

I used them for mowing and trimming services. They are very customer friendly. They are very responsive.

No complaints.

They are pretty good. They were fine. The quality of the work was very, very good.

Excellent work

The workmen were very knowledgeable and polite. They did a very fine job and saved some small dogwood trees that were growing underneath the tree. I hadn't even asked them to do that but they asked if I wanted to save them (which I did).
