Excellent, as 2 TV's were mounted. One was done when requested at the house as they had an extra mounting bracket in the truck.

Charlie and the team did a great job on installing 4 ethernet ports and running the cabling from my router to each of the four sites. The work was done well, at the promised time and consistent with the estimate. I would definitely hire them again!

C H Tel was exactly what I was looking for to wire my house with an ethernet cable. Charlie was upfront with how he was quite booked due to Covid as many professionals are adapting to home offices, however, he did not forget that in my case, I was a relatively small job so he may be able to send technicians in to do half day of work in between large jobs. To my surprise, a few days later, he found time to squeeze me in. He was excellent at keeping me informed, and most of all, his technicians did a great job wiring a clean internet LAN line from my basement to my second floor. They did not stay in longer than necessary and I was charged less from the initial estimates. I highly recommend this business.

Very well, tech showed right when expected and immediately got to work. The diagnosis only took him a few minutes but the alterations necessary to bring the other phones back online took about a half hour. With the repairs completed he helped me get all the furniture back in place.

All went well. During the first visit, I decided I needed to simplify my AV components. The serviceman took care of my immeidate problem, made recommedations on how to simplify. He even notified me when he saw a sale on the soundbar I needed, saving me considerable amount of money. n the interim, a cord had come loose, I called and the owner called me back and patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take to resovle the problem. Once I purchased, he came back and set up my system and I'm so much happier.

We originally contacted this company in June to look into wiring and installing some outdoor speakers. They responded quickly and got us pricing a couple days later. It came in higher than expected so we decided to put the project off for a couple months and combine it with a larger project to install several more speakers. From what I can tell this offended the owner. The third week in August we contacted them again to get a quote for the larger project. While the original email was responded to promptly everything else had major delays in responses. Promised calls to review the project were never made and follow ups came and went and just never happened. Finally on September 15th we had selected someone else to do the work, I let CH Telco know, and the owners response was that he was glad because he didn’t know how to tell me he couldn’t do the work for at least 8 weeks. That would have been information that would have been helpful from the beginning but instead the owner decided to play games and waste my time for several weeks. Exceedingly unprofessional, and while I understand contractors are busy at this time he could have easily let me know the time frame up front instead of intentionally delaying when he obviously didn’t want to do the work.

Ivaylo did an excellent job determining if an antenna would work in my basement condo, and it does! He found a fairly non-invasive way to run the cable from the antenna through my wall to my TV. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend him and this company.

CH-tel were responsive and attentive. They described the work and gave an estimate before confirming our appointment. Within a week, they came to our apartment and fixed the issue. The tech, Mike, was kind and professional. He explained exactly what he did and fixed the issue quickly. This was a dire situation in our apartment and we are grateful CH-tel was able to help, quickly and fairly.

Quickly identified the source of the problem and repaired

This was the second time I hired Charlie's team to install surveillance cameras in my home. The first time was my initial install and the second time I needed additional cameras added. Charlie sent two of his best engineers to perform the install. At the time we were social distancing, and both engineers wore masks and were diligent about their safety and mine. The install went great, they accommodated my needs to have the cameras placed exactly where I wanted them. They minimized drywall damage (the second visit there wasn't any) and worked with me to angle the camera for best coverage. Charlie was very responsive and followed up after the job to make sure I was happy. If I need anything low voltage in the future CH Telco will be my first and only call.

Rick ( technician) was on point with the installation from start to finish. He relocated my coax drop from the living room to the office. Plus, added two data drops leading from the kitchen area to the basement communication cabinet. He tested the wiring after termination for signal connectivity to finalize the job. I will definitely recommend this professional service going forward. Thumbs up Service !!!!!!!

I needed to have 3 cat6 network cables an 1 coax cable run between my living room and office. Total distance is about 35-40 feet on the same floor of my condo. Spoke to Charlie, who explained the process and pricing. Scheduled an appointment. Two tech arrived (both worse masks) on time and immediately began evaluating the job. They decided to route the cables via existing path through walls (so no new holes, etc. were needed). Total job took about 3.5 hours. They routed the cables through the kitchen and through a wall into the office. Cables were neatly tucked under the kitchen cabinets and secured along the baseboards in the office. They installed two wall plates with RJ45 and Coax jacks. Tested functionality. Also cleaned up any dust and debris. Total cost for materials, time, labor came to about $900. In retrospect, I should have provided my own cables and plates, as the cost-per-foot was high ($1/foot for cable). All in all, extremely happy. Would use again for future jobs!

It went exceptionally well, I was worried they would need to notch every stud, but they managed to make it work with one thumb sized hole that they patched for me in my living room and then another hole in the ceiling of my basement that they covered with a small white blank wall plate. The rest of the job was done via my basement ceiling, all told it took them 2.5 hours. The price was a touch higher than I expected, but I am extremely happy with the quality of their work and would hire them again if needed.

Charlie called me on the phone, told me what to buy on Amazon, then walked me through every step of testing and installing it myself. He was not going to charge me anything, but I offered a payment anyway. He could have charged me hundreds of dollars to come out and do it, but instead he offered me the chance to do it myself, which was pretty easy in this case, because his help was so great. Super friendly guy, and great customer service!!

I am very pleased with Ch-Tel. I have two land line phone numbers and the jacks had gone bad over the years. I initially contacted Charlie via e-mail with a question about the services he offered. He responded promptly and we discussed the project by phone. He was very thorough in explaining my options, how they could fix the jacks and even gave me an estimate for time and costs. His estimate was within a few dollars of the actual cost. Within a few days the technician came. After discussing what I wanted, Rick explained how he would correct the problem. Not only did he answer my questions thoroughly, he also gave me other important and helpful information. He worked quickly and the work was done exactly as I requested. Both Charlie and Rick are very friendly and pleasant and I very much appreciated working with them. I highly recommend Ch-Tel.
