The entire job went extremely well. The technician Ivo was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to come a little earlier than the scheduled time, so he called me first and it worked out perfectly. I had pre-purchased the offer for a set price which included the TV mounting bracket; but I ended up paying extra for a new, flat extension cord and a new cable. The job was done very nicely, everything was cleaned up and trash removed. They were very responsive and contacted me right away when I purchased the offer. I also received a nice note thanking me for my business. I definitely plan to call them again this summer to mount a TV in my downstairs rec room.

They were great. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vendor who specializes in doing exactly what I needed, as opposed to an electrician. The owner called me to discuss what I needed and explain their approach, and the crew showed up on time. They looked at possible routes for the cable and quickly determined that we could re-use an existing line that came to the next room and do 95% of the rest of the length under the edge of the carpeting and behind a mantel. That minimized more time-consuming and messier work making holes in drywall or notching plaster, and was a great solution for our needs. They got that work done quickly and neatly, and at a fair price.

Fine. There was uncertainty about how much work would be required in the attic part of the job, but they were honest about it and worked quickly to get around an obstacle found while working in the attic. They work quickly, but sometimes it just takes a while to do certain jobs.

I contacted CH Tel via Angie's list and got a quick reply. I called them and sent photos of the work needed and the owner called me back with a few questions, gave me an estimate and we set up a time to do the work. A day before the scheduled work, he called, told me a prior customer had cancelled and offered me an earlier time slot. The tech arrived literally to the minute (a feat given DC metro traffic), surveyed the needed work and got right to work. He cleaned up after himself and left the box neat and fully labeled. At this point I can make any adjustments in minutes and nobody complains about messy cables in the basement. If had lots of trades in the house fixing things that the builder didn't complete properly but CH telco was the first to be on time, do great work the first time and leave his area immaculate. My only minor gripe is that it took a bit longer than expected - but that is understandable given the problems of trying to estimate from a photo. I would have no qualms in using them again and actually recommended them to my sister for a similar project. This is the first vendor that I'd give an A+ and would give the pricing an A- because the results were clearly "worth it"

It was a great experience working with C.H. Tel Co. They were responsive from the first inquiry call, and they were in contact me with on when they would be out and who was coming to the house. They were quick with the installation and very neat with the clean-up. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again for any phone/cable type work we may need.

Charlie gave us an idea of how the work would be done and pointed out some of the unknowns that would need to be explored as they did the work. In fact, they approached the job as he had described and did the work to our satisfaction. We would use CH Tel again.

It was great. From the first call with Charlie to the technician coming out the next day there was clear and frequent communication. The technician, sorry I forgot his name, let me know when he was testing and why. Once he had the problem fixed he put the wall jack back in place and we were all set. He also took the time to let me know what the issue was.

Extremely well. I can't put into words the level of professionalism and work ethic this company exhibits. From the front office scheduling my appointment to the gentlemen completing the work. Not only did they hang my TV (which is how I contracted them) but they also assembled and mounted my cabinetry as a special request. Totally above and beyond their statement of work but these guys were absolute professionals in their craft. I found this company because they were highly rated, needless to say, they do NOT disappoint! Thanks again guys!

I had some renovations performed in my home which necessitated disconnecting all my electronics including television, cable, DVD, etc. C.H. Tel managed to fit me in the same day that I called for service. They arrived in early evening with cheerful professionalism, and quickly began putting my system back together again. In no time at all everything was functional and several things were better and more efficient with the set-up after C.H.Tel's work. I will definitely contact C.H. Tel again in the future. I highly recommend C.H. Tel for TV, phone, cable, sound system, and any other electronics work needed.

They removed the old system and rewired where necessary and had the new system up and running in two hours. Very professional and nice work.

I got the coupon of Angie's list to have my TV wall-mounted but then also decided to have the speakers from my existing sound system mounted to the ceiling for a better sound effect. When I talked to Charlie, he walked me through the process and what I should expect regarding the additional costs. He and Ivan did an awesome job installing the TV and the speakers. They spend around 15 hours for the total installation and it looks and sounds better than I had expected. Both were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. The cost was a little bit more than what I had expected to spend on this project but I'm totally ok with paying for great service. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

Fantastic. I bought 2 new TV's and the company wanted twice as much to install them. Charlie at CH was so professional and he really went out of his way to make sure the work was done and on time. We had a very tight schedule and Charlie and team made it work. I recommend Charlie and the company highly.

This company was a pleasure to work with from the initial call to the techs. who completed the project. The owner, Charlie was super friendly and talked me through the technical process, explaining everything in layman terms as well as the pricing system. The tech. crew, Rick and Evo. were awesome. They arrived on time, did an in-home estimate and started the same day. They communicated beautifully, asking detailed questions and explaining how they were going to tackle the job. They were respectful to me and my home. The crew had to come back to finish the job but they cleaned up and made sure everything was tidy. After the work was completed they walked me through the house to go over the job and answer any questions. We were having a lot of service people in and out at the same time tackling other issues with our older, neglected home; it was a wonderful relief to work with this "Dream Team".
