Description of Work: C H Tel. repaired a problem with the inside telephone wires at our home in Virginia. They were professional and personable and provided upfront estimates for the service call and travel time. Many electricians were unwilling to tackle the problem. Most importantly, the two technicians explained the problem and repaired the wiring during the first visit. I highly recommend this service.

Description of Work: We had issues with our wifi and the technicians were able to fix the existing set up to get a better and hopefully consistent signal. They also fixed up the area in the garage where all the wires come in to the house. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and Charlie (the owner) was very gracious to deal with on the phone.

Description of Work: Our dental office had a phone system installed several years ago and the company that did the installation at that time is now nowhere to be found. We were having an issue with our voicemail system and we called C H Tel Company for assistance. I was able to speak to someone right away and explained the problem we were having. Due to the type of phone system we have, this was a bit complicated and the owner of the company, Charlie came to the phone. He spent so much time trying to help us over the phone and explained to our office why we were experiencing these problems. He tried to help remedy the problem over the phone, which was amazing!! He wasn't able to fix the problem during our conversation, but after trying, he had one of his repairmen out to our office the next day, at which time, the problem was fixed!! This was the first time we had ever dealt with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Charlie went above and beyond what anyone would do to try to remedy this problem by phone and the technician he sent out was knowledgeable and very courteous. This is a top rate company that truly values their cllents.
