Mr. Steven was meticulous in his inspection of the house. He took time to explain in detail about his findings, and answered our many questions fully and simply.

He is amazing. He knows so much about building science. He discovered aluminum wiring inside the home and the seller had it repaired. I would recommend him to anyone.

He not only did the inspection, he gave me suggestions on what I could do to recognize and address any possible future termite infestations. Thanks again Steve.

I was very happy with her, she was very helpful to me. She's been here before. She's very patient and she took the time to explain everything to me. She's very thorough and she also did a very good job with my children. The big issue is what does your house need. My house needed everything. She told my daughter that she didn't need new windows, she just need to fix the ones she had. She told me I needed new windows and that my attic insulation was not well done. She was very honest with me. She is going to come back and test the work that was done by another person as well as my own work.
