+ -1 moreTHE COMPUTER WORKS FINE NOW. IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE COMPUTER BACK, BUT ONCE WE DID, WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. WE ARE USING THEM AGAIN WITH OUR OTHER COMPUTER RIGHT NOW.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED OUR LAPTOP COMPUTER, AND CLEANED ALL UNNECESSARY DATA OFF OF IT.

+ -1 moreTOOK MY LAPTOP TO THEM, WAS TOLD WHAT I NEEDED AND I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE AND WHEN IT WOULD BE READY. THE YOUNG MAN CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO GO OVER WHAT WAS BEING DONE, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY CHEAPER. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: COMPUTER RUNNING VERY SLOW. HARD TO TURN ON AND TOOK FOREVER TO GO FROM ONE PROGRAM TO THE NEXT. NEEDED MORE MEMORY.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE ARE PROMPT, POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT. OFTEN TIMES THEY TROUBLESHOOT OVER THE POONE AND COMPLETE THEIR WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY HAVE REALLY HELPED US IN A PINCH WHEN WE HAVE HAD A VIRUS ATTACK OUTR COMPUTER AND GOT US UP AND RUNNING ASAP.
