There were several hurdles to cross since our original theater components were several years old and in order to get all of the equipment to work together properly Justin had to put in a lot of extra unexpected time. It was a tremendous amount of work and many, many hours on Justin's part, but he never showed any signs of frustration. He is an honest dependable person and I would certainly recommend him not only for home theaters but he also does security systems both private and commercial. He was more than fair in pricing since I know the hours he spent went over and above what was expected and he could have charged more for his labor but he didn't.

It went well. The guy knew what he was doing. He didn't have the right type of wire. He had to go back out and get some more. The price was excellent.

Justin did a fantastic job installing my flat panel TV on the wall with a bracket that I provided. He spent the time making sure it was exactly done the way I requested. After he completed the service, I wanted to make a small change to where it was mounted and called him to ask advice. He came back out the following Monday and made this change for me without asking for any more money. He cares about his customer's satisfaction, has fair pricing and is an honest business man. I would use him again for any of the services he performs.

They are excellent. He keeps his word and goes out of his way to be there if he is going to do something. He is reliable and trustworthy. He works with you on your schedule and gives good advice to have options. He keeps you updated on any new updates available and I would not consider anyone else. They have monitored my alarms for years after installation and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
