Pure perfection, and I am a tough guy to work for. One quarter the price of competitive bids, Jay and his crew knocked the job out while treating like it was the White House East Wing. I am amazed at the quality and professionalism. As I said, I am nightmare for most contractors: a perfectionist, demanding, and frugal. Simply stunning work and superb value. I still can't get over it. I had them out a few days later for a sudden failure of a blower motor on a central A/C air handler. Shane was like a cat crawling through the attic. Quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. They have earned my strongest recommendation.

They were great! When I called, they were quick to come out and begin the process of analyzing the problem. They found a leak and were able to quickly repair it after ordering a replacement part. They are honest and very attentive to detail. I like that they were able to fully explain the problem to me giving me greater comfort in using their service.

Prompt and courteous service from time call was placed requesting service to Technician responding to call. Technician diagnosed bad capacitor and replaced. Quality, Price and Customer Service A+. Will definitely use J and S HVAC for all of our Heating and Cooling needs.

First time, we returned in the evening from a daylong trip and found the house hot...no A/C. I believe it was a Saturday evening...I called several places...no response...I found J and S on the Internet and called. Jim got back very quickly and was at the house within 2 hours...he was on another job when I called him. He diagnosed the problem quickly and remedied it. I did have to pay a and quot;premiumand quot; for the evening visit, but it was better than waiting until Monday morning. Second time was something similar, but not on a weekend. Third time was just to check that the system was still on spec, since it is now 5 years old....he reported that everything was as good as new...after checking pressures, temps, airflow, etc.

We had returned from a trip in the evening (around 7PM) on May 30th, and noted the house was not cooling. Called Jand S from a Google search. Left a message and had a call back within 10 minutes. Service man (Jim) said he would be at the house within an hour and he was. Had another emergency problem more recently and had a similar experience. Cooling was restored within 2 hours of my call. Both times had to pay the overtime premium (about $112) in addition to parts/service but it was worth not sweating through the night.
