+ -1 moreThe work overall was excellent. They performed the work that they agreed too and ultimately designed the kitchen as well since I was not particular about colors. The condo is a rental property, it needed upgrading desperately, and the work needed to be high quality and long lasting and reasonably priced. A tall order! These two gentlemen researched appliances, countertops, flooring and tiles and provided me with a finished product that was well worth the money and then some. They do the majority of the work themselves and are very quality conscious.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of a kitchen in small condominium - rental property. Kitchen has not been upgraded in 12 years or more. The project required complete demolition and installation of a new floor, cabinets, appliances, countertops, tile backsplash and painting. They did all the work. Since the property is a rental and I was on a budget, I chose more reasonably priced cabinetry, laminate countertops and vinyl floors. Wayne and Matthew (the two partners) designed the kitchen and suggested colors and products after doing research with my final approval. They are creative and thoughtful about the work that they do and they did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. Aside from this, these two perform all kinds of "handymen" or "mr. fix it" type work, hence the company name - "The Fixer". They also do wood refinishing, decks, brick work -- you name it. They are very reliable and honest, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
