Service got worse and worse every year. Rarely would complete work when promised. Never completed work as initally discussed, and had to constantlly follow up to get previously agreed to work completed. Finally enough was enough, and I terminated services with him.

Poorly. Company did not arrive on scheduled day. When they did arrive, they did less work than quoted in the estimate (removed only half of the bushes). They eventually agreed to remove the rest of the bushes. The work was of poor quality. The small to medium sized bushes were removed approximately 8 to 12 inches from the ground, which means that they have already grown back aggressively. If the bushes had been more thoroughly removed, I believe regrowth would have been minimal. Although stump removal was not included in the quote, they did not point out that the bushes might grow back if I didn't also have the stumps removed. I would have appreciated this information since I know little about landscaping. I am going to have to hire a new contractor to re-remove the bushes.

They are locale and they know this area very well. I thought that they would know what would go well with our yard and with the conditions here. The work had gone well.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate from Pete Galvin. We exchanged e-mails and settled on a time. He never showed up - I called his office and his cell to find out if he was on his way. No answer at either one. The next day, I get an e-mail apologizing, and he explained that he had us down for the next Thursday. My husband and I decided to go ahead and give him a second chance to come back. We've all had scheduling mix-ups to be sure. We set up another time to meet. Again, a no show - no phone call to explain. Nothing. I called his office three times but kept getting a message that his phone had been disconnected...so who knows...

Transplanted bushes and shrubs, general clean up, trimming, mulching, just general landscaping and lawn maintenance. Very fast, attentive to detail and very professional.

I receive very prompt, friendly service and great communications make this company a true pleasure to do business with. I was very pleased with not only the promptness of the estimator and how reasonable the price, but the entire job overall.
