Rudy and his team did an excellent job of replacing water damaged wooden floor in our kitchen. He has an eye for detail and his vast experience in flooring showed as he inspected the damage. I was also incredibly impressed with the workers who too the time and care to protect the floors in our house and our belongings from dust. Work was done perfectly and house was left in perfect condition. Would use again for any flooring need without question.

I generally think contractors will cut corners to save time/money, especially if they think the customer won't notice. But I notice and insist that things be done properly. By contrast, Kustom Floors did everything to a very high standard the first time and I love the quality of their product.. the floors are beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rudy recognized water damage on my hardwood floors. With his expertise I was able to fix the underlying problem before my floors were repaired. He provided the most meticulous and detailed estimate of several companies. My civil engineer friend reviewed his plans and agreed that he is a quality contractor. Rudy and his team installed new plywood and hardwood in the damaged area, refinished and also installed new hardwood in two bedrooms. The result is spectacular. I highly recommend Kustom Floors.

Rudy and team did an excellent job, from removing, to completely redoing my entire 1st floor in herringbone pattern. The team is very knowledgeable and puts quality and customer satisfaction first. I was all around satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.

Rudy responded quickly to my request for a quote to refinish all of the hardwood floors in my house. When he came to my house, we also talked about them also doing a small kitchen remodel and replacing my banisters. I thought he had some good ideas but a week later I still have not received a quote from him. It’s quite disappointing because it appears they do good work. I can’t recommend this company.

Kustom Floors miraculously eliminated creaks in certain spots in my hardwood floors that have been an annoyance for years. Can only say it simply - these are the guys you want working on your house. Rudy, Jimmy and his team transformed the bottom floor of our house and made it new. The town home had an old ceramic tile in the kitchen that was replaced by Kustom Floors with beautiful hardwood. Rudy matched the wood perfectly with the rest of the house and then laid it in the original floor. You can't even tell where the new floor begins, it is integrated that perfectly. His team then leveled the new floor perfectly. Kustom floors also re-finished the stairs and added new hand rails to the side and a new banister. It looks beautiful and I love it every day. Jimmy (Rudy's brother) and Rudy went the extra mile to help us, adding concrete to gaps in our old house to help with insulation. They treated this house like it was their own and treated us like family. I can't thank Kustom Floors, Rudy and Jimmy enough for the amazing work they did. These are the guys you want working on your house.

Excellent job. They did a great job blending the repaired section to the original floor and you cannot even tell that they replaced the floor boards. They were on time, quick and hardly any dust.

Kustom Floors and its owner Mr. Rudy Arredondo did a spectacular job refinishing the hardwood floors in my home. This hardwood floor installed in 1954 needed to be replaced because it looked ugly, worn out and beat up. Kustom Floors did such a high quality job that the refinished floors now look like new. My wife and I sometimes look at pictures showing the flooring before KF came in and it is honestly hard to believe it could be rescued from so much deterioration. I only wanted to use a stain and coats that were green and zero VOC. I contacted another well regarded company and they only offered duraseal which is toxic and I did not want my family and dog to inhale its toxic fumes. Thankfully, Kustom Floors offered a zero VOC solution (Rubio Monocoat): natural, clean and beautiful. To my surprise their pricing for their superior zero VOC stain and coat was reasonable compared to the duraseal estimate from the well regarded competitor. They also removed an old dirty carpet in my basement and installed vinyl flooring. This job was executed with precision and attention to detail. I highly recommend KF. In fact, I am interested in replacing my kitchen floor with them.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Kustom Floors who restored my hickory floors with an amazing Rubio Monocoat finish which brought out the rich variations of the wood with the deep glow and warmth of the hickory, which is a very hard and beautiful wood. Not only did they understand the care required in the sanding of the floor, but their finish trim work in some difficult areas was flawless.

Kustom Floors did a wonderful job installing hardwood floors in 3 of our bedrooms in 2019. The floors were masterfully installed and the work was completed right on schedule. I have recommended their company to several friends and neighbors.

We chose Kustom Floors to refinish our parquet, redo our staircase, and lay LVP on the lower level. I am a first time homeowner and had no idea what I was doing. I received several quotes from other companies and I picked Kustom Floors because of referrals from someone else in my community, their photos of previous work, and it was clear how passionate and knowledgable Rudy (the owner) was about the work. He was so patient and helpful with us, and I probably would have made some choices I would have regretted had he not taken the time to work with me. They did an amazing job refinishing our original parquet to a beautiful stain, and, after replacing our pine stair treads with oak, stained them to the same shade. Rudy also helped us pick out an LVP brand we had not heard of (Impressions) that modernized our lower level and is easy to care for. Besides doing great work, Rudy and Jimmy also were done on time before we moved in. We get so many compliments on their work, and we've already hired them again and plan to do so in the future. They truly deserve their five star rating!

I recommend Rudy and Kustom Floors. Rudy goes out of his way to make sure the work is done in a high quality manner. The crew did a fine job restoring our basement 1932 pine floor which included: remove rotted/damaged boards, installing refurbished pine boards, rebuilding (2) sections, sanding, and (2) rounds of staining. They also handled a hardwood pine staircase refresh in the same week. Rudy takes pride in his business, and I enjoyed working with him.

Kustom Floors really did an amazing, terrific and expert job installing hardwood flooring in my hallway, living room and dining room. I am so happy with the beautiful job that they did on my floors. My home is 94 years old, and the floors had settled in the dining room up against the wall and between the living room and dining room area. Some of the existing slats in the floor were loose and needed to be nailed down before the work could start. Rudy’s team leveled the floor where it had settled in the dining room and living room and then reinforced the existing floor with nails and installed natural red oak flooring. Rudy’s team restored life back into my floors. The rooms look so beautiful. He even installed an access panel with the same flooring natural red oak color over the existing access panel. I absolutely love the job that they did, and very well done. Rudy and his team are very professional and friendly. They respected my home. They took care in covering my furniture and moving it. I highly recommend Kustom Floors to anyone who is looking for an expert flooring company that care about the work that they do. It was a pleasure working with Rudy and his team!
