They gave an estimate before starting work, worked in the rain to get everything out. The coal removal was a very dirty job, but they were thorough and there wasn't scrap left behind. Very personable, friendly workers. They make an effort to recycle the goods they take.

Didn't use them because they were too expensive, however, the guys were courteous with a preprinted sheet, totatling costs ala carte.

Very nice service, Both the people on the phone and the truck driver were very friendly. It is easy to schedule the pick up on the phone. The truck driver called 30 min before the arrival to confirm. Highly recommended.

It took Junk In The Trunk LLC four minutes to load it into their trucks. They were very quick to respond to my phone call. They were able to work with me on a time to pick it up, which was very quick. I didn't have to help them. They did it all.

Excellent service and experience! I found Junk in the Trunk on Angie's List and am so glad that I did. I used them three times in the last 10 months to cleanup messes from other contractors and will use them again. No hassels or disappointments. Frank is very customer service oriented and will bend over backwards to get the work done in the time needed. I can't say enough good things about this company. Unfortunately, my experiences with other contractors (before joining Angie's List) left me skeptical and pessimistic. During the last few days of the moving process, we had a company scheduled to remove unwanted furniture and trash. They fell through at the last moment. I called Junk-In-The-Trunk and they set up an appointment very quickly. They came exactly when I needed them, and had the items out in no time! Both gentlemen were very personable and professional. I was extremely pleased with Junk-In-The-Trunk!

The website posted clear instructions on the services and the cost of these services. I didn't have to get my measuring tape to figure out how many cubic yards of stuff I needed to be removed. Frank responded within an hour of my inquiry. When indicating how I heard from them via Angie's List, Frank mentioned the coupon that I could use for the services. The team arrived early and were professional. The bonus was that I was expecting to pay $226 originally. With the coupon + Frank measured the furniture to be removed since it was less than he expected, which reduced the cost to $203 and made it an even $200. I would definitely use JITT services again and highly recommend them to my family and friends!

Last fall, I called Junk in the Trunk to pick up 2 large appliances, bookcases, and collected yard debris. Frank and his assistant were kind, prompt, and efficiently completed their work. The work was very fairly priced. Overall, it was a great experience and I was happy to learn that they were able to donate the appliances to Goodwill. So, I decided to call them again this morning to schedule another pick up. I ordered several blinds from Home Depot and had a Home Depot contractor install them. About 20 boxes containing the blinds were delivered to my home and after the install, the contractor left the boxes. I also had accumulated a few boxes as a result of online furniture purchases. Additionally, I needed several large planters in the yard removed. I was pleased to learn that they could schedule a pick up for the same day. Within an hour or so, they called to say they were on their way. They arrived right on time and quickly completed their work. They also kindly moved a file cabinet to my office that was too heavy for me to handle. Frank and his assistant were a pleasure. Another great experience with Junk in the Trunk. If you have items that just need to go, give them a call and you will be glad you did! I sure am.

Contacted owner, Frank on Tues 5/14 and schedule appt for Sat 5/18 no later than 8:30 am. Frank and Edwin arrived 8:05 am, finished 8:20 am.

We needed to get rid of some old mattresses and box springs and other items too big to just throw out and to old to donate, so we checked Angie's List and found Junk in the Trunk. They were great! We called and left a message to schedule a pick up. They called us back promptly, gave us a price quote, and scheduled us within a couple of days. Their men were on time, courteous, and efficient, and everything went according as planned. Perfect service!

Great experience. I will gladly use JITT again. I contacted Junk in the Trunk for a major pickup of old/broken furniture and various items in and around the house and yard. Originally, I had a walkthrough with Frank for more items, but we changed the scope before he and his crew came out. He had no problem with that. I wasn't sure what day I would need them, as I had to coordinate with other people. He said I just needed to give him three days' notice. He and his crew came out this morning. They were here on time. They took everything that we wanted out. Some of the items in the yard were covered with leaves and were just plain nasty. They took all of it with no problems and did a great job. They even swept the carport after removing items. I can't thank them enough for the terrific job they did. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The whole crew was nice and easy to work with. They did an amazing job. One of the benefits that I really appreciated was that not everything would be thrown away. In addition to a lot of old/broken items, there were some good ones that just needed a new home. JITT donates items that are still good. My mother's church is just down the street. At my request, and because it was close by, JITT took the usable items there. This was really great as it keep usable items out of a landfill and helped an organization my mother supports. We will have more items to go later this year. I will absolutely call them again.

We saw the rave reviews on Angie's List, so we left a voicemail on a Saturday and received a return call within the hour. After a five-minute conversation, we had a spot-on cost estimate and a pick-up date for just a few days away. The employees were punctual and professional. They were excruciatingly careful not to bump the walls and fully observed our condo's rules about hauling. We were so pleased that we called them again three weeks later when a mattress and a large armoire needed to go. Our second experience was a replay of the first. We called on Monday and got a delivery date for Wednesday. On Tuesday, we received a call asking if it was OK if they came a few hours early. We said yes -- and there they were: on time (to the minute), careful, and cordial. Another major plus: Junk in the Trunk's fee was about a third less than a national outfit we used a few years ago.

They were friendly, helpful, thorough, and careful not to damage the house. Excellent service!

I was helping a sick coworker clear out her apartment after she had to relocate unexpectedly. Everything had to be removed from a large 2-bedroom apartment. The crew arrived punctually on the scheduled date. They worked very efficiently - their experience really showed. In addition to large heavy pieces of furniture and lots of shelving, there was a mass of small household items to be removed. Everything got removed, down to the food in the freezer and the hangers in the closet. Every. Thing. It was nearly 2-1/2 truckloads in all. They did an excellent job and the estimate provided was pretty accurate. I am a satisfied and grateful customer!

Researched company website and got an idea of how they calculate hauling charges. Contacted company by phone and left message on answering machine. Call was returned before the end of day. I gave them a list of items to be hauled away and got an estimate. I checked with a couple other companies but went with this one because of reputation and reasonable pricing and felt comfortable dealing with the office contact. The haulers arrived on time and quickly reviewed with me the list of items I had given their office then they promptly began removing the stuff. Before they finished, I asked if a couple more items could be added, they said it would be no problem and adjusted the charges which were still reasonable. After removing the junk, they took the time to sweep up, then asked me if everything was OK. They were prompt, quick and professional.

Super. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Were polite and professional. The pricing is by volume and they were great about breaking down boxes before loading the truck. It was quick and easy.
