They did an excellent job - the yard stuff had been there for a while and there was ivy growing over it - didn't seem to bother them at all. Very polite, timely, gave me an estimate but the amount came in lower and honored that - I was very impressed. I would definitely use them again.

We recently bought a new house that had an old rusted shed full of junk on our back yard. I contacted Junk in the Trunk on a Friday and Frank was responsive and able to fit us in the next day. I picked Junk in the Trunk over other junk removal companies because they were actually willing to disassemble shed for us, instead of having us disassemble before hauling. They called before they arrived and showed up right on time. They did a great job and finished the job in about 30 minutes. They even took an extra tree stump we had sitting in the yard. I would definitely hire them again.

Not a complicated job to describe, but the responsiveness, efficiency and friendliness of this outfit is exactly what you'd want in getting this last task in the moving process done and out of the way. Frank and his co-worker came out to the house on a day's notice. They arrived even before the beginning of the hour-long window he gave me, so that I had no wasted waiting time. He gave me a reasonable estimate of how much stuff I had and what it would cost to remove it. Then they quickly and efficiently loaded everything into the truck -- including some heavy stuff in the back yard that had to be carried around to the front in the pouring rain -- all without even a wince much less a complaint. All you could ask for,

It went great! I emailed Junk in the Trunk on Wednesday detailing what I had to be removed and asked for a quote. Frank emailed me back in 15 minutes. They had an opening on Saturday and they came, took the trash and it was all over in about 15 minutes. Frank even charged me less than the quoted price since it didn't seem as much as he anticipated, plus I used the $10 discount coupon for first time Angie's List users. Would definitely use them again!

They did an excellent job of removing lots of junk--4 truckloads worth. They were friendly and easy to work with, and watched for items that we might want to keep. They left the house broom clean. Highly recommended.

We have a shed in our backyard left from the previous owner that I wanted to get rid of, plus some miscellaneous items and two concrete slabs. Communicated to Frank via email to get a quote and it was a breeze. He was very responsive and came by to give us an estimate. The price seemed very reasonable given what we needed to have done and scheduled the work. He came at 8 am on the dot as promised and got right to work. Even worked around our baby's nap schedule since he needed to use a jackhammer on the two concrete slabs. Between him and another person, it was all demo'ed and removed in two hours. Left everything clean and even had us walk through the site of the former shed to make sure he got everything. Will use him again if we have any other junk/hauling needs!

Amazing! From the minute I called Junk in the Trunk, they were nothing but friendly, professional and super helpful. Their estimate was accurate, they were flexible to my needs when scheduling; they were bang on time; they proactively covered their feet with booties when entering my house without being asked; they were professional and above all -- efficient! Would most certainly work with them again - highly recommend!

It went very well. They were even able to come the next day. A friend and I helped them out and they even gave us a discount. The guys were friendly and nice. I would definitely use them again. I put N/A on the cost because they were the only company that was able to come in short time frame I needed.

Terrific experience all around. We are cleaning out our home to sell so there were some pretty large items and a mix of old construction debris as well. I e-mailed them on a Sunday evening on a holiday weekend, not expecting a response until Tuesday. Frank e-mailed back about an hour later, they came out the next morning (i.e., President's Day), gave a great rate for the size of the load, worked quickly, and could not have been more professional. Much cheaper than the cabinet installer wanted AND they took some extra items for minimal extra cost. i would highly recommend.

the first 1st company I called was listed in Angie's List Magazine from September 2013 but they never responded to my e-mail or phone message so I contacted JITT, also found in the same magazine. all my e-mails were answered in a very timely manner. JITT was so cooperative and did everything they could to work with me and accommodate what needed to be done in such a short time. Frank gave me a time frame when they could do this job. I told Frank when I would be home and JITT had just arrived to my house when I got there. First time ever I didn't have to wait on a company for assistance. Frank introduced himself and co-worker. They wasted no time in removing the furniture. JITT was very careful not to damage other furniture or the walls. 45 minutes later my bedroom was furniture free and ready for the carpet installers. I will definitely be using JITT again and will gladly recommend them to anyone. I'm glad I finally took advantage of angie's list and glad I choose JITT for assistance.

I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to remove junk from their home. Frank was very professional as well as the person he had working with him. They arrived at the house shortly before we did because my daughter had not moved into the house yet. When my husband and I arrived we did not have the correct key to get into the house. Frank was very patient with us and waited for our daughter to bring the correct key to enter the house. Once they were able to get into the house, they went to work immediately and did not stop until the job was completed. I really appreciate their patience and professionalism.

My dealings were with Frank Coyne. He was very polite and responsive on the telephone when I scheduled the appointment and was equally polite and responsive when I called back a couple of days later to alter the arrangements. Frank called the morning of the appointment (today) to say they were running a little ahead of schedule and wanted to know if it was OK to come early. When he and his assistant arrived they were careful to wipe their feet and took all precautions to ensure that they would not damage walls, doors, etc. when moving the items. They moved all items with complete success--meaning no dings or scratches to my property--and were quickly on their way. I was most worried about the refrigerator because they had to take it out of a small room, down a narrow hallway, and up a set of stairs. They finished the whole job quite professionally and were a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this company without reservations.

Renovating my grandmothers house there was a ton of junk in it. I got several different bids to get it removed and junk in the trunk was the lowest by about $200. Their truck was also larger than the competitors which I received estimates from. Dealing with Frank was a breeze, he was super attentive and got back to me in a very timely manner, also showed up a little early on the day which was awesome (he called to let me know before hand as well). Frank and his guys boxed up the loose items around the house before taking them out which kept me from having to do it (other companies would not do this) and there ended up being a bit more than originally was in the bid to remove but Frank and his guy were able to pack it all into the truck and didn't charge any extra. Fantastic guys, would definitely use again and recommend.

I've hired Junk in the Trunk twice now for help with hauling extra stuff-- donations, recycling, and trash-- when moving. They gave me a great rate and were very professional and friendly-- I highly recommend. Since they are a smaller company, it may not seem as easy to schedule with them because you have to phone or email and wait to hear back vs. others who have an online scheduler-- but it's worth it. You will get better value and great service!

Dealing with JITT was a great experience from the day the owner, Frank, gave me a free estimate at the house until the guys drove away with the junk, furniture etc. in their trucks. Frank & his crew were punctual, very pleasant, well-mannered and worked steadily until they finished....did a great job removing all requested things from the house. They totally filled one large truck (about 15 or 16') and part of a smaller one (12'). They cleaned up when finished.....even swept the basement. From what I had learned, the cost was pretty much in line with other companies; and IF it was a bit more, JITT was well worth it!! I would recommend this company without reservation!!!

Frank Coyne and his crew were punctual, efficient, and professional. They worked carefully and well. When a big desk would not fit through the doorway, Frank easily removed the door, replacing it after the desk got through. I would definitely use them again.

They appeared promptly at the agreed upon time and quickly moved everything out of the house and into their truck. Workers were personable and the price was extremely reasonable for the amount they hauled away. This will definitely be my "go to" hauling company in the future.

Prompt and outstanding service. I contacted them on Tuesday and we scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. My house, garage, basement and yard had never had a significant junk removal in 40 years and were loaded with unnecessary items and left over building and gardening materials. I spent all Wednesday organizing the junk I wanted taken and, except for an unwanted sofa, putting it in the garage or the driveway. They promptly came Thursday morning at the scheduled time (actually a few minutes early), removed a sofa from inside the house, and everything I had set out. They were very efficient and spent an hour filling their truck, and neatly cleaned up afterwards.

I could not be happier with this company. The owner promptly returned my phone call and provided a competitive quotation. The hauling team arrived at the promised time. They were efficient and did no damage hauling these large items from my basement.
