They were great. I called Frank and left a message on the Friday before labor day in the evening, not expecting a call back till later in the next week. However, he called me back on Sunday and scheduled the job for Tuesday (the day after labor day) morning. They called in the morning to say that they were going to arrive an hour before the scheduled time and to make sure that it was okay with me. The two gentlemen on the job, J.J and Edwin, were very polite, professional and went about the job without wasting any time. They even swept the dirt out of the garage after they were done. I was extremely pleased with them. This company is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any friends/neighbors.

Frank answered my call immediately and scheduled a pickup for the following day. He estimated the job would cost $125. Two very nice guys showed up exactly on time and loaded everything surprisingly fast. Once loaded the lumber filled more than expected and the cost was $140--I understood going in that this may be the case and was comfortable paying this amount plus tips for the guys. I forgot to mention the discount for first time Angie's List customers...

Based on what I described to Frank over the phone two weeks prior, he said it sounded like approximately 1/6 of a truck load which would cost $165 -$10 because I found them on Angie's list. I ended up having quite a bit more stuff than what I had described (we had carried stuff up from the basement) and the workers arrived with only 1/6 of a truck load available. I was very skeptical that it would fit. But the workers managed to use every square inch of space in that 1/6 of a truck and made everything fit. They were pleasant and polite, and worked very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time (a little early actually). I showed them the garage and its contents, discussed that with them, reviewed the yard debris, both what was blocking the garage and some other which they were very gracious about. Not only did they clean up (sweep, etc.) my garage to a more spotless condition than I ever maintained it, but they also raked up some additional yard debris, loaded it on the truck, and swept up in the yard! Chris and the other guy were great, very friendly and polite. I couldn't be happier.

I contacted Frank and he got back to me right away. Explained clearly how they would bill and when they would be able to come. They came right on time, were professional and friendly. They loaded up between 1/3 and 1/2 of the truck in no time! Even offered to rake away the remaining leaves/waste from the yard, but we had recently seeded it so they skipped it. I asked them if they would be taking it to the mulch facility of Fairfax County, would hate to see the waste end up in landfill. They immediately made arrangements to do so. Even apologized to have not made those arrangements beforehand. I would definitely recommend JITT.

Workers arrived early. They started the job immediately and were finished within the blink of an eye. Professionally executed with aplomb.

I contacted Frank to schedule a pick up in Virginia. He was not able to return my call the same day, but was very gracious when he did call back. I selected his company because their profile on Angie's List showed that they salvaged and donated items when they could. He and his team arrived at my home in their beautifully painted truck. No one would have known it was used for transporting "junk" unless you saw the company name on the side of the truck. They were courteous, worked very fast, and even cleaned up the outdoor area where the furniture was removed. This is an excellent service. The cost of the service was better than other companies. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remove unwanted items from a home.

I was very impressed with Frank. He came, gave an estimate and laid out the day for me. And delivered in every area. Frank, Mike and Edward were professional, efficient and very friendly. Although, there were a few snags along the way, they proved to be resourceful by working through them (getting a too large refrigerator through the door, for example). I plan to use JITT again as I prepare to put my house on the market.

Frank Coyne gave us an estimate over the phone based on my description of the items to be removed. Frank was very personable and made the process quite easy. The truck didn't arrive at the scheduled time, but we were called with an updated ETA well in advance of our appointed time. (I would imagine that this must happen often in a business where the scheduler must rely on customers giving accurate estimates of the work involved when setting schedules. When a customer grossly underestimates the work involved, the schedule is bound to slip.) Once the truck arrived, the two workers set to work. It took about 45 minutes for the two of them to load all our unwanted items on the truck. They were very friendly, yet very professional, and cleaned up afterwords. We received a senior discount in addition to an Angie's List coupon, for a total cost of $209. All in all, this was a very good experience. We'll happily call Junk in the Trunk in future and recommend them to all our friends.

I'm cleaning out a house to put it on the market, had a whole garage full and yard full of stuff, they quickly and competently loaded it all, fit an amazing amount of stuff into the truck, and took it away, on short notice! Showed up on time and worked quickly. Friendly and professional.

Could not have been more pleased. The professionalism, responsiveness and work ethic of this company surpasses any I've ever dealt with before. Polite, friendly and obviously had their wheaties! They accomplished an amazing amount for me and gave me an Angie's discount plus senior discount! I will need them back at a later date, but they got a good start for me and I would recommend them to anyone. Totally professionally run and delightful to deal with.

My experience with JUNK IN THE TRUNK was great from the beginning. I emailed Frank Coyne with my information and the items needed to be moved out. He responded within minutes to my email with an estimate and dates available to complete the job. We decided on a Monday morning. But his truck broke down and Frank responded quickly with a back up date. The crew arrived on time and removed my items without any damage to my property. They were well mannered and pleasant to be around. All in all it was a great experience and I would use them again.

Exactly as advertised. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do, and charged me exactly what they said they would charge. Can't ask for more than that.

Everything was perfect, absolutely perfect, from the scheduling to the arrival of the two-person crew to the clean up. This is a class act. They even got me a good tax deduction for my books, by taking them to a charitable re-sale organization.

Excellent. I did not expect to receive an immediate response to my email requesting service. I received a prompt, courteous response with information related to available times within 72 hours of my request. They were able to work out a time within 36 hours of my request. The company arrived on time, picked up the items, and rearranged the furniture. This occurred in less than ten minutes.

The entire experience from making the appointment to completing the job was a good one. Frank and his associate arrived on time on a cold and rainy day. Completed the job in about an hour and a half. The whole operation was very professional. I had overlooked a $10 off coupon. Frank brought it to my attention and cost was reduced by $10. An honest person.

The whole project took about 2 days to get done; from my first phone call, to the junk gone. Frank, the boss sent two fellows over the day after I called to take a look and give an estimate. Both guys, Chris and his partner were efficient, nice, professional. They needed little guidance from me, as in "can you take this junk away?" and the job was done faster than I had expected. I would certainly use and recommend this company again.

They did what they said they would. And I gladly paid for the services rendered.

The haulers were prompt, courteous, and mindful of the property during the removal of trash. I would not hesitate to engage them again.
