Our first round of debris was tremendous and took hours to load into the truck; it was well worth the money we paid. The second round was much more manageable, less expensive, and also worth what we paid to get rid of it.

It went very well overall. I was over the estimate because I kept finding more stuff to get rid of -- not a problem as they let me know when I was going over it. The guys were very nice and efficient. I would use them again.

I called to arrange for an estimate, was explained to how they work and given an appointment time. JJ and his partner showed up right on time and gave us an estimate to remove all kinds for junk from our garage. We agreed to the estimate and they got straight to work. We had just finished remodeling our house, so there was stuff from the previous owner along with quite a bit of construction debris that the GC hadn't removed. It took the guys a little longer than anticipated (and more space in their truck), but they got the job done. We had them come back two more times as we needed. JJ is fabulous. Intelligent, courteous and efficient. Who knew hauling junk could be such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company.

The JIT guys were punctual and extremely nice. The junk was in the upper yard so the two men had to go up the stairs a few times to get everything. They told me that what they can take to recycle they would. Everything took less than 20 minutes. No surprises with the price, it was exactly what I was expecting. I would use them again.

The twosome were very quick and businesslike, took the trash, told me how much room it occupied on the truck--the measurement of cost, told me how much it cost, gave me a receipt and were on their way. They were pleasant to deal with, down to earth and knew exactly what to do. They also gave me the Angie's list discount.

They showed up right when they were supposed to and they were very professional while they were here. They were hard workers and they were careful not to scratch up anything. I would recommend calling them.

The guys were fast, friendly and tidy.

I called Frank on the weekend and he scheduled a pick up the following weekend. The two gentlemen he sent out were incredibly professional, and a pleasure to work with. I have no idea how he's able to find the people who work for him, but I'm glad that he is.

I found them on Angie's' List and I thought that they gave me a good price. What made them stand out was that they dropped the computer at a recycling center, which was an extra trip, and made sure that I got a receipt for that in the mail. I thought that they were conscience.

My experience with Junk in the Trunk was wonderful. J.J. and Adam arrived right on time, were efficient and very kind. I had them take a good piece of furniture that I was simply unable to move with me next week and I was told that if they were able to donate the furniture they would mail me a receipt for the donation! This kind of service in Washington DC is very rare. Junk in the Trunk is a real gem.

J.J. and Edwin arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional and did a great job from start to finish. We were impressed that they also swept up on their way out, and we remarked that they seemed like people it would be nice to have as neighbors.

The two representatives from JITT arrived on time, efficiently removed the items and left no evidence they had even been in our house. Both fellows were extremely polite and a delight to work with.

They were on time (5 minutes early, actually), provided a quick quote and immediately got to work packing the truck. I was very impressed by how tightly they packed the truck in order to minimize the cost. I had asked a couple of neighbors if they wanted to have stuff hauled away as well, which caused other neighbors (when they saw the truck in the alley) to ask if they could also add to the load. The JITT workers were very gracious about the additional stuff appearing. In the end they even broke down the total cost so that I new how much money to ask my neighbors to pitch in toward the total cost. They got everything loaded and swept out the garage where stuff had been. I would highly recommend them to others.

Wonderful. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Terrific. Frank called me back in less than an hour and booked our pick up for their first job 2 days later. The guys (2) came right on time and quickly finished the job. We will definitely use this service again as we continue our clean up project.

I have been using Junk in the Trunk for years but now that I am a member to Angie's List I want to share with everyone what a great company this is! It is rare to have a worry-free experience with any sort of contracting company. Junk in the Trunk came on time, their prices were very fair and I would say they worked with me to keep the lowest price possible by combining loads and minimizing trips. I am always amazed at the care taken by them when cleaning up my yard at the completion of a job. It is truly a no brainer in selecting this company! They have a strong commitment to the client and will go the extra mile to keep you happy. They also try very hard to recycle the waste and donate the material to keep things out of the landfill. This is a company with a conscience!

Setting up the appointment was easy and went great. We were scheduled for 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. About 7:50, the driver called and said he'd be a bit late as he had gotten lost. About 8:30, I called the company as nobody had shown up yet. The driver had gotten lost again. They did show at about 9:10 and were efficient. To their credit, they did the job for a bit under half price (original estimate was $235) to make things right. And the company called back to apologize and seemed willing to do whatever it took to make it right.

They are polite, punctual, helpful, fair, and dependable; they are not cheap, but all of those other virtues make up for it. They arrived early, re-explained the pricing policies (essentially based on fractions of the truck they bring; larger jobs are actually more economical for the customer), and worked fast.

THE WORK WENT AS SCHEDULED AND WAS EFFICIENTLY AND COURTEOUSLY PERFORMED.

They did a great job. They were on time & prepared. I love the fact that they give you an appointment rather than a time window.

The haulers, J.J. and Joe, arrived exactly on time. They were extremely courteous, conscientious, and careful. Most impressive was them hauling an old piano from the basement without leaving a mark on a freshly painted wall. They worked quickly and did a great job. The estimate from the owner, Frank, was right on the mark. We could not have been more pleased with their performance, from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company.

These guys do really good work. They came in and took the couch away immediately. I liked these guys because they are Eco-friendly and they dispose of whatever junk you give them responsibly. They were also friendly and very professional.

THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, WORKED EXTREMELY HARD, AND EVEN SWEPT THE BASEMENT FLOOR WHEN DONE. I RECOMMEND JUNK IN THE TRUNK WITHOUT HESITATION!
